My experience with Carolina Collison and Customs was outstanding. This review is very delayed. I had a very large dent in the bed of my truck and they were able to get me in quickly and had the job done exactly when they promised despite a little bit of a delay by my insurance company. My truck is black pearlcoat and it looks perfect, matches the rest of the truck like it never happened. I hope I never need them again but will certainly use them if I do. I recommend you do too

Took my vehicle in for repairs from an accident. They had my car for only a week and a half and it was ready for me to come and check it out and pick it up. They did an excellent job. You would never know that there was any body damage to it whatsoever. Staff was very Pleasant, honest and informative to work with during the process. Informed me of a few alternatives for replacement/correction to a couple of things add gave me the option not to replace because the damage was not that significant to where it was not really noticeable. A very honest place of business and locally owned! I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to. I highly recommend them! They definitely take pride in their work!

I had the left rear quarter panel hit in a parking lot. It was to a 2022 Audi S5 convertible with not a mark on it. Jesse from the shop took great care and itemized everything that needed to be done. He was dealing with State Farm Insurance , which, in my opinion was not the easiest thing to do.. Jesse kept me updated every step of the way and took great care in getting this car done on time. I am very particular about my cars, but I can tell you that collision correction and customs did an outstanding job! The communication was outstanding and they go out of their way To assist you in any way possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any body work at all. They truly exceeded my expectations.

This was a pleasant experience. Jesse made it easy to check my car in and to get me a drop off date and estimated repair time. Tony updated me with progress reports on my car. I needed a new bumper, liftgate, and related parts. In the end, the paint match was terrific. My car was finished early to boot.

They fixed what was needed from my accident. Repainted repaired area. Everything looks great. Like it never even happened. Got the work done before their promise date. Great service from the time of estimate until completion. Sent text updates to keep me informed.

I was referred to Collision Correction & Customs by a coworker after my vehicle suffered damage from construction material being dumped on the roadway. They were so nice and easy to work with. From the lady that runs the show up front to the guys who fixed my car - they kept me in the loop through each step and they completed the work so quickly. More importantly, the work was done so well. I think Tony is who I spoke with when I picked up my car and he went through all of the details about the work that had been completed. What started off as something I dreaded - figuring out insurance stuff and getting a rental - CCC made everything a breeze. I will absolutely return to them if I ever have any car issues. This automobile repair shop is not only the best repair facility I have been in, but the best experience I have ever had with an automobile business!! Every person I encountered was kind and prompt! They communicated with me through the whole process and even went above and beyond the repair quote buffing the car for no extra cost! Amazing experience!!!

I brought my vehicle In for repair. Tony with Collision Correction & Customs answered all questions and kept me up to date with the repair process, from the parts being ordered from the beginning and ending of all the work. It took a month and when I got the text that my vehicle was ready for pick up..so very happy! Tony also arranged for the rental that I was driving to be picked up! My 2013 Avalon Ltd was damaged severely on the driver’s side when sideswiped. It was returned to me looking new. I couldn’t be happier. The service was excellent and they took care of it immediately.

Within hours of my accident, Collision Correction worked jointly between my insurance company, Bandit Towing and Enterprise Car Rental to seamlessly get my car to their shop. They handled all matters with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. My car was ready for pickup in just under two weeks and looked like new! They even went so far as to wipe down and clean the inside. I cannot say enough about their service and highly recommend them!

My daughter got in an accident the day after I gave her a car and two days after she got her license. We went to three other body shops and they were all quoting it above the total loss threshold. CCC was friendly, fast able to fix it under the total loss value. The car actually looks better than it did before the accident and I’m ecstatic with the results. I hope I never have to go through another accident insurance repair, but if I do CCC will be the first place I contact.

What a wonderful experience! Jennifer greeted me like an old friend when I initially walked through the door of Collision Correction and Customs. She listened carefully to my story of woe ( running over a rolling can of spray insulation which had bounced off a pick-up in front of me, and causing it to burst, spraying the contents across the entire driver’s side of my 2018 Hyundai Elantra). After a week of conservatively attempting everything from sanding and buffing to remove the hardened residue, they finally had to resort to repainting the car. Today I picked up my “new” car, unable to tell the difference between the old and highly polished surface on the passenger’s side, to the beautifully blended color on the once-damaged driver’s side! Wow! From the first call.. to when I picked up my car mere DAYS later!! Other local establishments told me They couldn’t get me in until the end of March! These guys got me in right away and had my car back to me within days. It looks just the way it did when I left the dealership! They even popped the front number in for me! These guys are THE best and I will continue to rave about their services! Thank you so so much!!!!

A deer ran into the side of my 4Runner taking the handle and denting the doors. I was so nervous having to take my car somewhere because i’ve seen some pretty bad work coming out of body shops. But they did amazing!!! They answered all of my questions and kept me updated along the way! The door replacements and paint are perfect! My boyfriend has a keen eye for detail and he was very happy with the work done! I’ll definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. My experience: car needed to go to the shop after hitting a deer, so I ended up choosing this place due to all of the good reviews on the website. They got the car, and within two weeks they called me and told me it was finished. Upon arrival, I notice that my hood was a different color than my bumper. My bumper was supposed to be painted, and my hood blended per the quote. My hood was never blended, they blamed it on rock chips and said it was supposed to be like that because it was old paint. I’m not sure why they would put it in the quote and not follow through with it. They ended up blending the hood after complaining, and the next day it was ready and fixed. Upon arrival the second time, there was chunks of paint missing on one of the fenders. I then have to argue with the head manager, Jennifer, who said it was already there. I had taken a video of the car beforehand, and it was for a fact not there. She claimed to have a high quality camera and had taken pictures, which she could not find a good picture showing the paint. She then said that it’s our problem and we had to deal with it through our insurance, even though she had also said it was from putting tape on the fender. They had put the tape there themselves, and pulled paint off with the tape, which she had said herself and then blamed it on bad paint. This was clearly their fault. All she had to do was offer to touch up the area they messed up themselves from the beginning. She then had the audacity to say that while/if we deal with the insurance, it would cost $50 each day extra the car stayed. I am only giving this place two stars because the work itself was pretty good. My experience, on the other hand was not the best. I will never be going to this shop again. update: Was not going to post this review due to the quality seeming decent, but after about 2 months the paint on my hood that they sprayed is already coming off. They also put in the wrong turn signal bulbs (switchbacks i previously bought) after i gave them the exact product to buy

I have a 1995 tahoe that was my first car and I wanted to get it painted. Like most chevrolets of that era it had no clearcoat left and surface rust on the entire roof. I had taken it to 4 other paint shops and all had them either laugh and say "you'd be better off just buying another truck" or quote me something so out of this world I would have to leave. None of them even took the time of day to discuss options with me, so I went over to CCC. Completely different story. I spoke with Tony and he listened to what I wanted done, went over everything point with me, worked with me on price to find a good common ground and had me in within the week. From there he sent me updates pretty much every day and would double check to make sure everything was right. The color was perfect and the end result makes the truck look never than it ever was. I could not be happier or speak enough good things about the team over at CCC. Juat 2 weeks later I was backed into in the freshly painted passenger door....my luck. Called CCC back up and they had me in 2 days later and had it fixed perfectly within the same week. Very long story short, great people, great service, great work, superb business.

Our garage door was a bit famished and decided to take a bite out of our Rav. We chose Collision Correction and Customs as a result of the recommendation of our insurance company and the overwhelming reviews online. I'd never been through this process and Collision Correction was amazing about helping me the entire way. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday as good as new. I received a call mid way through the tear down just to make sure a couple of other scratches and dings weren't part of the main damage. Once finished it was detailed and ready for me. A+ for communication, professionalism, and overall friendliness. They are definitely on the top of my list for recommendations.

I needed a good Custom Shop to repair my heavily modified Nissan Z when I was rear ended, instead I found these guys. I had full coverage insurance and $30,000 aftermarket parts coverage through Geico, I was rear ended found not at fault, and Geico was being 100% reimbursed for the cost of the claim by the insurance of the woman that hit me. Insurance and payment were no issue. First they said yes they can do aftermarket body kits/insurance work, no problem, so I gave them all the info. A month later I had to call them back and they tried telling me they couldn't find the parts, and suggested I buy it and install it myself. So now I'm bothered, I call up and talk to the owner, he tried giving me a bull explanation, I called him on it. So I took my time out of my life and forwarded them web links to buy from online vendors, provided all documentation, pictures of my car, everything they would possibly need, I spoonfed them. Finally they said ok, they can do it, and scheduled the repair. A few days later, they called and said my car was ready. Look at the pictures, this is how my car was presented. Pictures worth 1000 words. At this point I was stupefied, they tried saying my insurance denied supplemental approval, called my insurance agent at Geico, Collision Correction never even submitted for supplemental approval. At this point I just signed and took my car home, I didn't even want these guys to touch it again. These guys are liars, crooks, and jokes. There are too many other body shops, go elsewhere!
