I had the pleasure of working with them on a long-distance transaction, and I was impressed by their professionalism. They consistently followed up and kept me informed throughout the process, from picking up the vehicle to the final details. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Made a sale to them and it went very smoothly. The people at the front that I spoke with were very polite and professional. I called my husband when I left and recommended it to him because occasionally he does need to go to a salvage yard to find things. Would definitely go back if I need to.

Has unique and sometimes rare vehicles to pick from...So I really digged coming to place...it's secluded thus less people coming in an destroying car parts. Why not a 5 star? (REVIEW has Been EDITTED) I did raise it to a 4 star since the owner was nice and responded. I don't want them to think I hate their place, not at all, I love it here. After so many years though, I do need to let others know what to expect. Expectation management. 1. Prices are not published. These leads to speculation to determine how much to charge based on opinion, popularity, or pure speculation. (I was quoted one time for $300 for a Sentra transmission...eh they're usually $100 at Pick n Pulls, for a almost 20 year old vehicle) That leads to miscommunication. It's not about the money, but rather the practice, please keep this mind when reading. You have to ask the shop owner and they give you a price...which sounds fair...until they decide to still not truly honor their own word. I was quoted $120 for all 4 corners headlamps and taillights, front and back. I stated which exact vehicle it was 1994 Toyota Celica...we all know that in the time period I gave headlamps were different than current 10 year old and earlier modern vehicles. Well in this year instead of massive 20 inch+ headlights, these were literally just a 6 inch lens and bulb for the high and low beam...separate. So he charged "headlamp" prices for both beams... separate. I found that to be morally wrong, as for that year vehicle...they were not combined pieces as they are in modern cars. I explained myself and he still didn't care...even though his assistance understood, recognized, and acknowledged that it was technically "one headlamp". So I only got half of the vehicles lights, front and back, and was charged 75% of it, that is where I felt wronged If I have to work twice as much to retrieve the same equivalent item, it's almost heresy to be charge double when it's not separate. Was it the worst pricing, no, but not my best either. HOWEVER this place WILL will have a better chance to find rare and unique vehicles! Hence why I bumped it up to the current star rating. RESPONSE (Since I cannot reply to the Owner response Thank you for reading and caring for this matter, I appreciate that. In response to some of the things your stated, I've made the following responses. "You didn't specify the car came with four separate headlights" I did sir, at your counter at check out...after explaining it to you, you still opted to charge me as such. Even your assistant, as I wrote before, understood it was technically one headlight overall, but no biggie. "...on most online sites and other junkyards" I actually didn't. Time can not be paid for, I'm certain you know this. My other junkard actually charge by the inch the lamp, as each item differs, that way they make $$$ on the bigger modern lenses with HIDS and all the fancy stuff. I got the same light literally for $15 a piece at my last yard...but I like supporting my local businesses like yourself, even if it hurts my wallet. The big companies take advantage of us little folks alot. "I'm sorry you felt the need to hurt our small business" Sir, I've used your business and love your place. I would have given this place a different rating if I didn't know your business and what it offers, etc, hence the "good things" part of my review. I don't hurt businesses. I'm not making a false claim or slandering, I don't do that. Businesses make or break it. Business practice can bring more customers. A recommendation could be just keep the prices sensible. I shop at your place since it's closer to me rather than driving an extra 20-60 minutes away. I'm sorry you felt that I somehow am hurting your business. This is not about money, it never was, just practice. My reviews are not short, concise, but rather detailed.
