Big Will’s Towing recently came to our rescue and I can’t say enough about their professionalism, dependability, and willingness to go over and beyond to help. While transporting an RV to SC with our FreightLiner, the brakes went out and we were stranded in a small town on a Sunday Father's Day afternoon. After being on the phone over 4 hours with our contracted towing provider, we finally connected with Big Will’s and everything changed from there. Will immediately started texting, calling and stayed in contact with us providing updates on his location and estimated arrival times as he had a 2 hour drive to reach our location, and he continued providing updates until he was able to drop our truck off at a repair facility that was another hour away. Will worked with us to handle our FreightLiner all on his own allowing us to get other equipment trailers to a job site that was a couple of hours further for us. Everything we asked if possible, Will did, and he saved us as though we were a member of his family. I’m adding Big Will’s Towing to my contacts and he’ll be the first I’ll call when needing a towing or recovery assistance. Thank you Will for helping us !
Big Will's towing & recovery is incredible! I ended up getting my car stranded on the side of the road one late afternoon and upon calling, he went through multiple steps with me over the phone to help me see if I could get it started. That was big because it made me feel like he cared and wasn't just about the money. Upon arrival, once I couldn't get it to start, he took very good care of my car and got it hooked and delivered to the nearest dealership for me and put my keys in the lock box with communication that the delivery was successful along with photos. I appreciate this service so much!
I’m not a very social person, so I was nervous and didn’t know how to properly explain the issue. He was kind and patience and didn’t make me feel like annoyance. Affordable and quick too! Which I appreciate on such a hot day. Thank you so much! I’m home safe and with the car and so grateful :)
