I purchased a motor from this company over one month ago , and I paid for the warranty to cover the motor parts for one year. I returned the core as they told me too. When my mechanic put the motor in my car some of the parts were damaged and I called back to the office ,and asked for the part to be replaced because I was told it was covered. They sent me to Mike Jordan who told me that the external parts of the motor was not under the warranty but only the internal parts were covered. I explained to him that I was not told that when I purchased the motor he also said we tell customers to take all parts off the core before they return it. He said I will see what I can do give me your contact information this occurred on two separate occasions the second I asked for the upper manifold for 2004 Ford Taurus , Mike said I will see what I can do I put you at the top of the list. Once again I did not receive a phone call offering any assistance. I also had to come out of pocket with more money to replace the part I thought was covered. I had good service before with smaller parts, but this expierence I've under gone in this month has been totally dishonest and untruthful on how this situation has been handled, I expected more from this company. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed you should explain to the customer what the warranty covers and does not cover up front Honesty is the best policy! God bless you!

Mangers are very under trained and rude. no benefits at all. minimum wage pay...you can go to McDonalds and make more per hour then you will here. Staff is rude and not trustworthy. You work your ass off just to be told you're bad at it even after they train you the way they trained you. All items are wayyyyyy overpriced and most are junk. The owner cares more about money then the well being of his employees. He would fight and take your dollar then to allow you to have food on the table...an overall very shady and bad company to work for and buy fromm. I know this because i worked as a manager there. When I went to pick up my check they threatened me with a lawyer and the law if i didnt take down my review well I'm posting it back up because if you do not like me expressing my own opinions and expressions I'm sorry I have the freedom of speech under the first amendment. First amendment-Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Bring the lawyer, take me to court. Theres nothing you can do for me expressing my opinion and my thoughts and letting or prohibiting me from the free exercise of speech. You try to take me to court and I can under law sue you for wrongful prosecution. I have consulted a lawyer and i have just been told my limitations on how far and what I can say under the first amendment, and what I currently saying does not exceed on my limitations due to my right. They dont want me telling the public on what goes on behind closed doors...Well no more...the public is now trusted with the truth. This is not a company to go to....DO NOT GO TO YOUNGS AT ALL!!!!!!!!! I like how they reply to this to try to save their asses. Not going to work
