Went in for a simple annual inspection… left with honesty about another issue and didn’t try to oversell me and free WiFi(bonus). The most pleasant experience ever! I wish I had more reasons to visit. 🤣. Maybe I can just stop by for WiFi Thank you.

Would be 0 stars if I could. This place is a rip-off. I took my 2019 Chevy Silverado today they had it from 10am till 4:30pm and charged me 166.00 to diagnose a shifting issue with my transmission. Go to pick it up and get the diagnostics but the guy at the counter said””OH I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED IT”” and proceeded to tell me it would be next week before he could get it to me. So I paid these con artist 160.00 for absolutely nothing. No paperwork because it was accidentally deleted so he says. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!! DO NOT TRUST THESE JOKERS!!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service they provided on our RV. They are thorough and found a problem which was done elsewhere. We have been to several other dealers in the area and Frog Pond is by the best. Thank you all.

Frog Pond Performance is such a breath of fresh air among other repair shops. They actually care about customers and the quality of work they provide. I've been working with them for years and can honestly say they started out incredible and continually get better with time. Stopped in to get a battery and in a very short time my battery was replaced. A thorough inspection was completed and a safety defect was noted. They took me to the truck and showed and explained the issue which was a wheel barron. My truck has been making a noise for a long time. I returned for an appointment and they fixed my truck! No more noise and my truck is once again safe! Can’t thank you enough Cody and team!! This shop is top notch state of the art! Clean professional, knowledgeable and the staff is phenomenal! At FPP they treat ya like family!! They care about your vehicle and mostly your safety!!

God awful services, we have been here twice due to references and regret it both times. Both times they have broke something else on our car and charged us for it, even after admitting to us THEY are the ones who broke it. Tried to charge us $100 to replace a headlight bulb that cost $2, told us we needed an oil change even though we literally just got one on that car and to top it off, they left our car outside not locked after hours without the key even in the car. Luckily someone was there give us our key that was locked inside their building, but if we didn't get there as fast as we did after they gave us a call, our car would of been on their lot UNLOCKED. When they handed us the key they laughed it off as if it wasn't a serious matter saying "I'll talk to him tomorrow about it, its my son." What a joke of a place to have such a good rating, don't recommend anyone coming here at all due to their scam tactics for anyone not knowledgeable about cars and poor customer service.

Great shop! It is rare to find a shop that will go out of their way for you these days and that’s exactly what frog pond performance did for me! I brought my truck in to have it looked at for what I thought was going to be something simple. Mr. Binjie and his team were able to get me out of a big bind after finding the issue and fixing it after hours for me (I am a mobile rig welder and work out of my truck) they got my truck back in time for me to go back to work the next day! They are honest, trustworthy and have top notch equipment!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about FPP! I had a mechanical issue come up the day before I was supposed to leave on a road trip. Cody worked overtime and took care of it all to ensue that my car was fixed and safe for our trip. He even called to check on me and made sure everything was functioning properly the day we left for our trip! That meant a lot! They are a wonderful, family business and I highly recommend using them for any of your car care needs!!

I took my 2001 Chevy 2500 for a maintenance make-over at 185k mikes. Told him i need it to last another 150k miles, he developed a plan of action and allowed me to openly discuss and approve what i wanted to do. Cody was a pleasure to work with. Helped in making selections regarding a lift and tires as well. Overall very pleased.

Frog Pond Performance is an awesome group of people. It's a family owned business that takes the time to talk to u and not try to make sale. They let u know from the start that they aren't the cheapest which might scare you. It did me tbh but after the quality and care shown to me and my vehicle starting with a free bumper to bumper diagnostic to know whats good n what may need attention to the actual work they did for me was completely worth every penny spent. I'm the type of guy who tries to maintain my vehicles myself but when my truck needed a new transmission it was out of my ballpark. They got it in (towed it for me btw) and swapped the trans along with some other things I added in less than a week. It's been almost 2wks since the swap in my '13 chevy and she has run like a champ. I'll definitely go back if/when I need a mechanic.

Took my sons truck here for alignment. Noone else would do it due to size of tires and rims and these guys are great! Great explanation of what work was done. I will be taking all my vehicles back here.

I have a 198 7 Dodge show truck I use for cruise in's and shows. Besides taking care of the issues I took it to them to repair they also discovered some issues I was not aware of and repaired them. The truck now steers, handles better and stops way better than it has since I purchased it 6 years ago. Great mechanics and an honest shop which has only your safety in mind. I highly recommend them!!

I've been meaning to write this for a good week or two, but am just now getting around to it. Benjie helped me out when I was in a tight spot and he did it right. I was in town visiting family a few weeks ago and noticed my brakes on my Jeep Wrangler were acting up after coming through the mountains. Had no idea where to go, but ended up calling Benjie to see if he could squeeze me in, as I was leaving on Monday and this was Saturday. He said "Sure, but bring in in as soon as you can." I went straight there and within a few hours, Benjie had me up and running and as good as new. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what you guys did for me. Thanks again and keep up the great work.....

I believe I have been taking my vehicles to Benji for about 15 years. He has seen me through several different vehicles and currently works on the three vehicles we have here within our family. Quality work, quality service, great price! You never have to worry about other issues arising after service. If a bigger issue comes up then that entire team will work tirelessly to figure it out and get it fixed and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg to do it. They treat everybody like family and they care about the reliability of the vehicle they’re putting back on the road! They truly go above and beyond! Even helping me, with the purchase and “fixing up” of my daughters first car!!
