Terrible information. Drive around this lot for an hour trying to find the car he said was out there.. not one car like mine there waste of time and money DONT RECOMMEND
Exercise caution when engaging with this establishment. It's susceptible to fraudulent activities, and you might end up losing your hard-earned money. I drove for two hours to obtain a car door from them, only to be deceived by a misleading description. To make matters worse, I had already made a payment over the phone before arriving. They refused to address my issue and treated me with disrespect and rudeness. I ended up losing my money! Their lack of integrity and honesty is truly disappointing. Their business practices are quite unprofessional.
Made several attempts to get a 2006 Nissan Altima junk car picked up, never returned my calls, didn't show up when they said they would, people I spoke with were very nice but unreliable!
Great overall place people are nice as well and as well as the people that keep an eye on the yard, they give plenty of warning for closing in fact the website is incorrectly shown for when closing time is and they are unable to change that currently so the correct time is 5PM
I was unsure about things, the lady was very helpful. She sure knew what she was doing. I highly recommend going here for parts. Like I said they really on top of everything
Called and asked about a Jeep transmission was told the price went to pick it up and the price went up 100 dollars when I got there. Just sharing my experience definitely not people I would do business with.
Wish I could say it was great experience! Risked driving 30 mins to this place (even though they have on their computer their inventory they can't tell you over the phone if they have it). No help, anyone who worked there said they couldn't answer my questions very weird place. Would never refer anybody here.
Service ok. But they should tell you that you can go into the yard and pull the part yourself.
Got charged 80 dollars for something that only cost 15. And only takes 30 seconds to remove.
Parker Motor is my main used part place for all my parts.Been doing business with them since the very early 90's wouldn't trade them for the world. Extra courtesy and friendly they don't meet any strangers. And they haven't changed the same great people today as they were when I started doing business with them.
Even though I did not do business with their company, a very nice gentleman (unfortunately didn’t get his name) gave me and my dad papers on where I could find parts for my car and I was able to find a place based on the papers he gave me which was very nice and I appreciate it more than anything!
I had a great experience with Parker motors. They are nice and honest people to do business with. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. They have excellent customer service. I will highly recommended them to anyone.
