I just want to say thank you so much to the young man that came out and towed my vehicle this morning. He was kind, patient, incredibly professional, and quick responding.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service! They were fast, reliable, and showed up without hesitation just to bring me gas.even in the cold. He and his son came out and took care of everything quickly and professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people, not just doing a job. I’m so grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this towing service!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Larry Poole’s Wrecker Service. My teenage daughter was stranded on a dark road around 7:00 PM, scared and alone. I was panicking, trying to keep her calm while feeling completely helpless. When I called, Tim Poole answered right away. From the start, he was calm, reassuring, and genuinely kind. He understood how serious the situation was and acted quickly. Within minutes, he was with my daughter, had her car safely loaded, and made sure she was okay. Hearing him talk to her so calmly and tell her everything would be alright meant more to me than I can put into words. Tim took her and the vehicle to the nearest tire shop, but since it was after hours and her father was still over an hour and a half away, I asked if there was anywhere safe and open she could wait. What happened next truly went above and beyond. Tim stayed with her, sitting nearby in his vehicle until her father arrived. This was compassion and genuine care when we needed it most and we will never forget that. Side note: In our panicked state, my husband and I called several tow truck companies to ask how quickly they could get to our daughter. Most were over an hour out and were dispatching people or companies they didn’t even know. Before anything else, they focused on making sure they’d be paid—which I understand—but I needed someone that could get to her quickly. On top of that, they quoted more than double what I was charged by Larry Poole’s Wrecker Services.

I called tim for his services on a Sunday morning, not only was he very prompt, he was very professional and fair! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with his company in time of need. 10/10 recommend!!

Came out of their way, at an ungodly hour of the night, to set up my tow hitch after a trailer disconnected. So very kind 100/10 recommend

Tim and Earl responded quickly to my breakdown and towed me to their facility in less than an hour. Towed my car home two days later. Very happy with their professionalism and service.

My daughter was stranded beside the road with a flat tire. I think that could hear the panic in my voice lol. They were on it!! Super fast and professional.

Incredibly awesome service! My wife’s Tesla was stranded at the supercharger in Laurinburg. I called Larry Poole’s wrecker service to tow it. Tim was so nice and so responsive. He picked up the car on a roll back and delivered it to Tesla service in Raleigh right away. Kept me up to date the whole time. I would would highly recommend them!!

After waiting several hours waiting on a tow truck company out of the Fayetteville area ( they couldn’t find the car by the coordinates) that the insurance company chose ( Why didn’t the Ins. Co.chose locally is beyond me ??‍♀️) My Dad said let’s use someone local and he had me call Larry Poole Wrecker Service. They are Awesome . Person who answered said they was only 9 miles from where vechile was broke down and refused to get out of bed also when I ask if anyone else could help they hung up on us horrible do not use

I highly recommend Larry Poole. He helped tow my car this morning in the rain to a local dealership in another county. He was very professional. I really appreciated his kindness and eagerness to help.

Larry and his wife went above and beyond to help my family last night. We were stuck on US 74 with a flat tire and no spare(wife’s new Ford Ecosport dosent come with on) at 10pm on a Friday night. 200 miles from home. They were able to get my car to Walmart to get a tire in the morning and get my family to a motel in town. Thank you again Larry.

Larry was a true friend last night around 10 pm as he rescued us from the Walmart parking lot in Laurinburg. We had been stood up by 4 different towing companies, sat for over 2.5 hours and it took Larry 15 minutes to arrive and take the vehicle to Lumberton for repairs. LIfe saver! His driver took the vehicle to Lumberton Nissan and completed the job without us having to get involved.

I visited a thrift store that just opened beside the wrecker service. Same owners. She was very friendly and had a nice clean area. Great place to shop.

So far great storage place for the money.

The wrecker driver did more damage to my car than the actual wreck. Backed my car up thru the ditch with the door open and my filled my car up with water. Hit the ditch and damaged the door. Not at all impressed.

Great service and great people. I wouldn’t trust my car to anybody else.
