I can't speak for all these other reviews. But when I went down to this shop it was because I was referred to them by someone that claimed they specialized in instrument panel reconstruction. I brought mine down and asked them to fix just that part and they did. There was some discrepancy in what the turnaround time would be between the lead mechanic and one of his other mechanics. But other than that they did exactly what I needed and saved me almost $400. If I have another IPC issue you can bet I'm coming back here first to fix it.

Charge me 1870.00 to fix my car and it lasted a total of 15 miles before it started to do the same thing again. He replace a intake valve but he said this time it was a exhaust valve on the same cylinder but i would have to pay him again to fix it, What are the chances of a valve on the same cylinder going bad in just 15 miles of driving. Not only that he said he replace my timing kit without asking me if i wanted to replace it. Also it took a very long time to get it back. I would highly recommend taking your car somewhere else to have it work on.
Absolutely poor service. Kept our vehicle for a month and never fixed it. Refused to answer phone and text messages. When I finally spoke with him today after calling for 2 weeks straight, Frank told me my vehicle wasn’t fixed. I asked “why haven’t you communicated anything to my husband and I,” I was told that he didn’t have to answer to me and that I can pick up my vehicle. Thank for your rudeness and unprofessionalism. I will definitely not recommend Frank or his businesses to anyone.
Do not go here! It takes this place forever to fix your vehicle. The owner gives 1001 excuses and promises, with no delivery. Communication with him is very frustrating and disappointing, he rarely answers the phone after weeks and weeks of waiting. We took the vehicle to this location for a few fixes and found out several months later that the problem was never fixed. We paid all fees (work, parts, etc) and the work still hasn't been completed. He tells us one thing and the employees tell us another thing, meanwhile we are still waiting for our vehicle. He assured us on one occasion that he would complete the work himself and that he was working on the vehicle and I saw him riding up and down my street doing house calls. If God will it, he will never ever, ever, and I do mean never get any more business from us again! Find somewhere else with no headache pocket-ache to go, cause this isn't worth it!
