Brad is one of the most rude and racist people I’ve met yet. Myself and two others came to move four budget trucks for a company. I walked in greeting them and immediately he accused my driver of speeding through his little lot which is impossible with two huge speed bumps and having to go up a hill to park. I explained I wasn't the driver and he expressed he didn't care who's driving etc very rude. He finally gave me the keys to the four trucks. We moved two and came back. My driver let us off near the trucks. Brad was in his forklift moving a truck and decided to stop what he was doing to antagonize me about my driver coming down to the lot to drop us off. We went back and forth for a minute and the other driver had to come out and ask if I was good. I told Brad if he has a problem with the driver to speak with her directly. He wasn't interested and told me “you go you and your people to get off my lot.” Gladly my boy but you not gonna stop me from making my money! When he saw my driver was a white female when she stuck her head out the window he backed off and moved on. It's sad in 2025 people have to deal with that. If you don't like people why have a business that heavy on customer service. I wouldn't ever rent from this place. I’ll sweep the ocean floor before o do that. I’ve been here before doing the same thing with Fred and Sandy. Much more pleasant people to deal with.
Amazing customer service! I rented a cargo van through this business and had a great experience. The check in and check out processes were quick with the expectations and rules for the rental clearly and simply explained. The lot was fenced in with multiple security cameras, so I felt safe leaving my car while I had the cargo van. They also had a large variety of trucks and other equipment on the lot. The two people I met were very friendly. Highly recommend for those looking to rent a truck or van for moving purposes.
Friendly and professional office staff. Dropped off the van after midnight and the owner of the company was there to assist me with the vehicle. Huge inventory of vehicles. Prompt,courteous and efficient is the best way to describe the the way the business is run. Fantastic, wonderful and outstanding is the best way to describe the people who work there.
Staff aren't very friendly at all. Customers are told to wait outside until they are ready to get to you. There is no shaded area for them to wait. It's just a gravel lot in the direct sunlight. They act more as though your business is an inconvenience. It's my honest opinion, from first hand experience, that they are geared more toward a race with the scanner as to which service gets to the science first. Next time I will only consider if no other service is available at the time.
I cannot say enough about the beautiful people who run this business. My daughter and I were stuck in downtown Rutherfordton when my car wouldn't crank. I called AAA. They sent out boy with a jump box to no avail so I called in for a tow. FOUR hours later, still no ETA. I randomly picked Brad's off of Google because of their proximity to me. These wonderful people came and picked up my car at 10p.m. at night. The wife took us back to our cabin in her car. They took the car to the shop and the next morning replaced my battery and alternator. THEN they came and picked us up from the cabin again. They were an absolute Godsend during what could have been an awful weekend. I cannot rave about these beautiful people and their business enough. They didn't have to do what they did for us. But they did it anyways.
Very professional, and about going the extra mile, no matter what situation, when they pull up you can relax they will handle any situation. Highly recommend to everyone
Brad makes almost and kind of Hydraulic hoses new or he can put you a new end or fitting on your hose plus he's got a few different size wreckers he gets the job done
Called and went by multiple times, the lady on the phones says she can't tell me when anyone will be there to help me. She told me that the guy is currently there but may or may not leave before I could get there.
