My son in law called them and was told 3.75 per pound for copper wire. He went there turned in the wire. He was told to go to the office for his check which should have been $375. The woman handed him a check for $45. He said that he didn’t want the check and wanted his wire back. They refused.

Not something I normally do is go to a scrap yard lol but didn't have a choice today. But once their I was totally put at ease with the ones that works here from the one running the copper top to the sweet lady in the main office.So I done all my worrying for nothing lol.

Not very pleasant people here. Everyone looks miserable and you feel it as a customer. Cashier kept calling my husband "hon" and "sweetie" in front of me which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Will not be back.
