I am very happy with the service i got from this company. They arrived before the time which they mentioned. And finished their job in between the exact times. All work done professionally and perfect. Very impressive and quick services.
Customer service started off good. Once service was done employee became aggressive for payment as if I was going to run off without paying. My truck is literally at a shop about to get work done to it. I was driving my personal vehicle and told the employee as soon as I get a chance to stop I will take care of it. The way he hung up in my ear when I called to confirm the payment went through, since he called my phone back to back after the fact. I will not be recommending this business.

Had our ac compressor cease up and caused the belts be ine damagedand another to shred apart... called them not expecting them to come this way they actually did and went above and beyond the call of duty. They fixed the the issue and a made sure everything was good and not leaking before driving away. Great rates as well
My box truck broke down in the middle of a four lane highway where traffic could not move behind me, though traffic was still flowing in the other outer lanes. This became extremely dangerous because all the traffic that was behind me was trying to get in the outer lanes with cars and tractor trailers moving at 70 mph speeds or more. I had to exit the truck and go to the side of the highway where nearly every 20 seconds there could have been a major or tragic accident. There were no police or highway patrol to turn their lights on in order to alert the approaching outer lane vehicles which still continued to move at 70 mph or more speeds. There was no help or assistance in sight. After nearly 10 minutes of this with no help in site a black truck was riding past and looked over and in a swift motion pulled his pickup truck in front of me. Without nearly any conversation he proceeded to get a tow rope from his truck and strapped the rope on in less than three minutes and proceeded to pull my truck off the highway, while taking control of the oncoming traffic and pulled me to the next exit. Never before have i experienced this kind of service that was fast and professional. Not only do I recommend this service but this kind of professionalism should be the standard for all road side assistance.

I’ll start off by saying i had a blowout and bent wheel on my semi trailer at loves truck stop and the guy a the counter was rude and no help, so i did a google search and came across little’s 24 hour truck and trailer repair, gave him a call and he was very responsive and quick to get me back rolling! Took him about 10 mins in total which i can say I’ve never had service out here on the road that fast. I highly recommend this company for all of your road side needs! We absolutely recommend these guys! We blew 2 tires on 38ft classA RV. They found 4 new tires and provided roadside assistance on busy HWY 85 in Charlotte. Very grateful for their expertise and help.
One of the trucks blew a tire at 6am loaded with pre cast. I contacted 5 or 6 places who said 24 hours and all were closed or charged $1600 for one tire and service fee. Little’s was amazing. Showed up and got the truck fixed in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Thank you! Appointment made!
I called him at 10 p.m. He took a little over 30 minutes to arrive, and by midnight, he had my problem solved. I had a height problem with a tractor; the hydraulic system wasn't working. I recommend him 100%.

Had a Steer Tire Blowout Call Little's With in 30 min Tire Guy Showed up and Repaired the Blow out as well as replaced the Driver side tire.( Little's Made it Easy to Replace Both The Driver side Tire and The Blown out Tire).

Got a flat steer tire, after calling a few places , where I was told that they couldn’t get anyone to come out to me until the morning, or it was a 6-7 hour wait, i kept looking and thank god I found Littles’s. They answered right away, and with in 2 hours, (maybe less) the job was done. I had a brand new steer tire installed and I was back on the road. Definitely recommend their service. Time is everything in the trucking industry. So to find a road service that’s quick and good quality service is like finding a gold mine, That’s what Little’s is
Called them at 10p on a Sunday night, person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. He told me the mechanic would be out to me in an hour. He called me back to say it would be less than an hour as the mechanic was just finishing a job down the road from me. When the mechanic arrived he was very friendly and worked quickly to swap out the wheel (this included takin old tire off wheel and putting my good tire on the new wheel) I am in Charlotte often and this is my new go to Mobile service repair!!!
After calling Good Sam Road Assistance for my car tow dolly tire blow out on 85 South, they said the tire size was too small for them to replace (12 inch tire). I was confused because I'm paying them for tire replacement with my plan. They were going to have to tow me to a place of my choice that could replace the tire. While I waited for them to show I searched on Google for a company that could replace the tire. I found Little's 24 Hour Roadside & Tires and gave them a call after seeing all of the good reviews. I am so glad I did, they said they would have someone right there in about 30 mins. I called Good Sam to cancel their tow truck and proceeded to to take my car off the tow dolly. They arrived as I finished getting car off the tow dolly.
They said they would place the tow dolly on their flatbed along with my car and tow to their shop and as they retrieved a trailer tire from their warehouse. After talking to them about my issue I decided to get 3 tires in all (2 for the tow dolly and 1 for spare). I had replaced a tire the night before that was in the process of losing tread. I also decided to have them repack my bearings as I think this was the cause of my 2 blowouts (both occurred on same position of tow dolly behind the Class A diesel exhaust pipe, lots of heat from exhaust). I told them I would pick the tow dolly and car up the next day. They had both tires mounted on the tow dolly and mounted the spare wheel when I arrived, it was with on my RV. They did an amazing job very promptly and professionally. I saved them in my phone for any future tire work or roadside assistance that I might need.
