JAmes was my driver today. I needed my 65 Shelby Cobra, which is my baby to be transported to the repair shop. The right side pipe was dangling and he was an absolute pro getting it loaded up on the flatbed. I followed him to the shop And he didn’t know I was following. I watched his driving in his care and it was outstanding. I’ve had other toes with this car and this shop before and feel extremely comfortable with how they take care of my car.

I had a great experience recently with Mueller Automotive. Kayleb was punctual, very helpful, and a great communicator. I would recommend their services to anyone who runs into car problems!

James effortlessly recovered my vehicle after a tire blowout on an interstate. He called ~2 min after AAA submitted the request and was personable and reassuring. He made sure I was comfortable in the cab and dropped my vehicle directly in the shop's service bay. I'm pleased to have Mueller in the area!

My Friday started off, not so happy when I realized that I had locked my key in the car. I recently joined AAA and I called to request the service of having someone come to unlock the car for me because my key was left inside. Matthew from Mueller's towing service gave me a call and in less than 20 minutes, he arrived at my address. He opened the car door for me to retrieve my keys in record speed. Matthew was very professional over the phone and in person and I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and promptness.

Technicians are poorly trained and inadequately equipped. One technician came out to test my battery and told me it was a bad battery, but did not have one to replace. Later that week AAA sent them out again to replace the battery, they did not bring one again, and then determined the battery wasnt bad, but needs to be charged. They have wasted my time and money and I still do not have a battery. If you use AAA in the charlotte area, make sure you let them know you do not want this company coming to service your vehicle.

Man these guys are awesome and down to earth. I don’t need anybody else’s number going forward. You in a situation and need anything don’t look any further just call. Thanks fellas.

Had an issue with my car and was not able to drive it home. Called AAA for a tow and received great tow service from Mueller Automotive, took about 30 minutes for them to meet me in Cornelius. They towed my car to my preferred auto repair shop in south charlotte and dropped the key off for repair work without me having to meet the guy, which was nice. The guy who met me was nice on the phone and in person, would recommend this business.

Fluffy was a total professional and was quick. Got the job done in less than 15 minutes. Never hesitate to call Mueller.

Requested roadside assistance through AAA. Mueller's Automotive was the company that came to the dark boondocks to rescue my daughter and I from on the side of the road on Hwy 49 (Near Mt. Pleasant). Michael was very polite and professional. Thank you again Michael for your help!

I have to highly rate and recommend Mueller automotive for all the times I've needed a jump or key lockout through AAA. AND especially Dakota the service technician! He is the HERO of the night that SAVED my family. I had a key lockout, very kind and helpful and he took care of it so fast! But after I got access to my car, the battery was dead. And he stayed by my side assisting me with calling AAA again. Helped in finding out why my battery died and he got me a replacement one. Dakota was so awesome, he is highly recommended to save the day!

Driver sat on his Bluetooth the entire time chatting with his buddies the entire time he was working and the ride to the tow location. Vaped God knows what while I was a paying passenger in the vehicle. Also the temp outside was in the low 50s and the ac was on high and coldest setting.. it felt like he went out of his way to make me as uncomfortable as possible.

James B. Was the best ever!! He was super nice and I didn’t even wait the whole estimated time before he was at my house. Very fast service and he did a great job!

Kevin was amazing. We had his services through AAA and he was SO kind and knowledgeable. Our car is very low so we were concerned but he did an amazing job and we will be requesting his services anytime we need a tow!

Sent me roadside assistance due to dead battery Sunday morning. Driver was an hour late and extremely rude at every interaction . Couldn’t find me despite dropped pin and photo of entrance of parking deck. Then when arrived yelled at me for not being more specific and left stranding me after waiting 2.5 hours from my original request for service

Through AAA, Mueller automotive was the responder. Went to start my car for an early morning appt and the battery was dead. Dakota was awesome, checked out my battery which was 0% charged and 4% battery health. Was a new battery purchased 5/30/25, called the place where I got it to see if I could get a refund and when they confirmed had Dakota put in a new battery which he had in his truck. He was very professional and prompt. He was here 15 minutes after I placed the call. Thank you Dakota

I had a blown tire on the side of the highway late at night with no spare. I called AAA to get some help. Zack came out and was super helpful. Drove me over an hour and a half back home. Overall great service!

My vehicle stalled on me and it started with a jump start from there to a tow. Zach was absolutely wonderful & made my situation less stressful. He showed up in a matter of minutes & had me home under an hours time. Very professional, friendly & goes beyond to satisfy his customers. Danielle had to come out the next day for tow to dealership & he was also very quick & wonderful to me also. Company has some great caring employees. I highly recommend 10/10. Be Blessed guys ?

Isaiah was wonderful! My car stalled out on 85 and I needed a tow. He was there within 10-15 minutes. That has NEVER happened with a tow...especially on a busy Friday afternoon. He was pleasant, professional and engaging. He made sure I got into his tow truck safely with 85 traffic flying by us. He got my car where it needed to be and did it with a smile. Great service!!

Let me tell y’all a little story. My car started vibrating, so I pulled into a parking lot to check it out—and I found that my wheel was about to fall off. The studs had stripped completely. So, I called AAA (because I drive old, junky cars but still like to get around), and thankfully a family member had gotten me a membership. About 15 minutes after calling, I got a call from the tow company—my knight in yellow reflective armor, Daniel. He let me know he was on the way and gave me a time window. Daniel showed up and, with what had to be 37 years of towing experience, had my car loaded and strapped down quicker than you could spell AAA. The ride home was great—he was super professional, polite, and even told me a few historical facts about the area. Obviously, I hate needing a tow in the first place, but if it has to happen, it has to be Mueller Towing. Thank you so much again. Daniel did an awesome job—10/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely ask for them in the future!

I’m not sure who hired Isaiah, however his skills may need to be reconsidered. We needed him to change a tire because we don’t have a proper jack to lift the truck. Although the tire was not flat it was losing air and not safe to drive on as we already tried to have it plugged. Because it was not fully flat he suggested he inflate the tire pressure to 50 PSI!!! I’m no tire expert but that seems extremely dangerous! - all because he didn’t want to change the tire. This on top of the horrible attitude was mind boggling. He did eventually change the tire after we told him to just leave after the 50 psi suggestion, however we’re pretty sure he stripped the lugs on the tire out of pettiness and the attitude of a 5 year old being told to clean his room.

When the transmission decided to start slipping we called AAA and Mueller's was there 7min after they got the call from AAA. Our tow truck operator Joey, did an awesome job. Quick and efficient in setting up his rig to tow our AWD vehicle. Thanks again!

I needed a tow from Salisbury to Charlotte. Zach met me in a timely manner and had my van loaded up quickly. We had great conversation for our hour long ride! He was even kind enough to take a look at some wires that came loose during my blow out since I didn’t what they were. Overall great guy, thanks Zach! ??

Called for battery issue and a tow to dealership. Michael was there within 30 minutes, got the battery jumped successfully so that car could be put in neutral to put on flatbed. The service was prompt, courteous, and Michael really took care with my car. Highly recommend!

Called to get towed yesterday for my first time ever. Kayleb came within 15 min of my call. The woman who I spoke with to arrange my service was friendly and helpful. Got my car and I picked up and to the auto shop in record time. Will do biz with them again. Highly recommend!

Last week, I had the unfortunate experience of my minivan breaking down. I requested assistance through AAA & I am so grateful that they assigned me to Muellers! My technician, Michael, arrived quickly & did his job efficiently. He was very polite & friendly & honestly the nicest tow truck driver I have ever interacted with. Unbeknownst to Michael, I was already experiencing a stressful week, but his courtesy & professionalism made it just a bit more tolerable. If you need a tow, call Mueller's & request Michael!
