I’m hoping this is the correct company, it looks to be the right name and right area - Tommy came to my aid when I was broken down. He was very sweet, thorough in his job, and went out of his way to let me know if I had any issues I could call, and additionally checked to make sure I was okay (as I was stuck in town overnight). Very grateful to have had someone looking out for me when in an unfamiliar area. Highly recommend
I had bought a used car in Whiteville and was driving 74 west and got passed Boardman and my car overheated and I pulled off on 74 in Orrum 7.5 miles from my home. We called Mitchell’s Towing in Rowland and from calling for help Siera who answered the call was so helpful and so professional and got us help. The driver Tommy Britt was amazing! He picked up my vehicle and towed it to my home! I would recommend Mitchell’s to anyone! Thank you Siera and Tommy!
I guess this company does not have to follow the rules of the road. Excessive speeds in neighborhoods like mine is just OK with this company. So if YOU approve of dangerous driving by Your wrecker service, then YOU too can be disrespectful of others.
I do not promote unsafe driving of wreckers, tow trucks or idoits.
And would not use this business.
Apparently South Carolina does NOT have 24 emergency roadside service😳 even with AAA‼️‼️

Justin was an absolutely AMAZING person. He was very polite, informed me of what was wrong with my tire and made me feel at ease with how friendly he was. His arrival was even earlier than anticipated and he made sure I safely got back on the road!

I am an AAA member and I received service from Mitchell Towing twice with superb treatment. Tonight they got me from Wagram NC to Greensboro NC. The Driver was very professional and nice. I thank God that he always bless with the same driver
I have a 1976 Ford f250 highboy. It needed to be winched out of my enclosed trailer and dropped in front of my garage. The owner came to my house and pulled it. Price was fair and he was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I recommend this business if you need a tow.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a very unprofessional business, first of all the tow truck driver damaged my vehicle and stated to call Leslie to report a claim with her as soon as my car was out of the shop. When I called and spoke with her she accused me of parking my car in the bushes, and stated that she was not responsible for damages that I did it myself. Then proceeded to cuss me out and hung up on me several times. I do NOT recommend this company to anybody. Do not trust Leslie she is the owners wife or girlfriend, she is a bad representation of this business.
I broke down on cliffdale road in Fayetteville. AAA said that they where sending a tow truck, Mitchell’s towing. I waited for three and a half hours. Every time I called AAA they would say the driver said another fifteen minutes.....guess what after 3.5 hours I called Ernies towing on Owen Drive and they came in less than ten minutes. Mitchell’s left me stranded and lied continuously about their ETA.
Aaron professionally transported my disabled Mercedes Benz SUV and 4 of us from hwy 74 near Maxton to Greensboro yesterday. He was both knowledgeable and courteous. Helped make an uncomfortable situation better. Good work by AAA to employ Mitchell's. Thanks again.
My truck broke down while towing a camper, so I called AAA to send a wrecker. Mitchell Towing arrived in a little over an hour and quickly loaded my truck onto the back of a rollback wrecker and hooked up my camper to the wrecker's hitch. We were then on our way 100 miles to my home.
The driver, Randall, was extremely friendly and professional. When we got to my home, he skillfully backed my 34 foot camper into my tight driveway with no problems. He then took my truck to my mechanic's place and gave me a ride back to my house.
As frustrating as the whole ordeal was, Randall (and Mitchell's Towing) got me out of jam.
Best all around towing services and best customer service in this field. I work in Fayetteville at a local company, have used John and his crew several times and they are now my go to guys. My company often has unique and urgent needs. They have always come through.
Car broke down after a long trip from New York en route to Myrtle Beach. AAA dispatched Mitchell's and they were there within 15-20 minutes. Took me to get a rental car at 8 pm the night before Easter, and then went back and towed the car to a Chevy dealer. Saved my family from being stranded in a very questionable area and allowed us to get back on the road with only a few hour delay to still keep our vacation on track. Service that will always be remembered when we travel through the Lumberton area.
Had a flat tire, called AAA, and they called Mitchell's Wrecker. Anthony called me within five minutes and said he was on the way! He was so nice! He told me to put on the emergency brake and to pop the trunk. I warned him by saying I am a teacher and there is alot of stuff in there! He laughed and walked to the back of the car! When he lifted the trunk, I heard a loud exclaim, "there is alot of stuff in here!" He patiently began taking it out. Taking it out actually took longer than changing the tire! His attitude and professional behavior, made what could have been an aggravating situation tolerable! Thank you Anthony!
My recent towing experience happened yesterday. Mitch picked us up on Interstate 74, and was the most polite person to deal with. My girlfriend, Shelley, and myself know very little about cars and Mitch never talked "over our head" to make us feel dumb. Being a holiday weekend, he even took the time to take us to Fayetteville airport to get a rental car. Professional, courteous, very reasonable rates and just good people. Thank you!!!
