These guys were fantastic! I'm a woman that had car issues at night, on hwy 95, which most know is busy and can be crazy 24/7, as well as 90 some miles from home. They knew I was a little scared being in my position and said they were coming as soon as possible. That they did. My car as well as myself got to its destination safe and sound. I even had a nice conversation with my driver Chris on the way home. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks again guys, esp you Chris! Y'all made a horrible moment turn into a not so bad at all moment.
We were stranded when our rental van broke down. They came and saved us, arriving promptly and going above and beyond to make what had been a bad day come out all right. I am so grateful for their thoughtful and professional help when we really needed it. Highly recommended.
My gf crash my car no one told me or nor her (which she was rush to a hospital) that anything in the car would cost us 400 dollars to get out of the car. So we basically lost anything personal in the car that night cause I couldn't afford 400 dollars especially around xmas Time and having to get to ct that I was planning for months so my daughter could meet her grandma for the first time so yeah 1 star cause the person at the desk was more worry about talking on the phone then trying to work with me
What a blessing these guys are to the Fayetteville community! I broke down on I95 on the north side of Fayetteville. I called several companies to come tow my truck (transmission problems) and my travel trailer off the highway. None of which were able to get to me within a 2 hour time period. One call to these guys and they were on scene with a tow for my truck and trailer. Being locals they recommended a local shop (so glad they did, turned out to be a great recommendation) For repairs. A second truck was dispatched immediately to get me and my travel trailer to a campground, unfortunately in Lumberton, but was handled so quickly I was in awe! Price was super reasonable and service lightening quick. Answered the phone and the second ring in the middle of the night. What an incredible company to have come across. If you're needing a tow ANYWHERE in the Fayetteville area these are the guys to call!! Thank you so much for not only the lightening quick service and professional tow but recommending the best shop to repair my truck! All locals and incredible people! Thanks again!! 6 stars!!!!
Phillip does not hold up to his end of deals and wastes your time. He's very unprofessional. John, the tow man, was the only one who was even remotely helpful.
