agreed to meet with the seller at 8am to purchase a car, drove over an hour and 30 minutes to get to the location and when I arrived, seller was nowhere to be found, I messaged and called him and got absolutely no reply. waited over an hour for him to arrive and he never showed up. shop was an absolute disaster destroyed and wrecked cars out front. don’t buy from this guy or even try because I promise you a waste your time just like I did.
BUYER BEWARE: Dishonest and crooked company. I bought a 2012 Acura TSX from them with a salvage title on Saturday March 28th 2026. I test drove the car and noticed the check airbag system was on. They said that the drivers side seat belt locked up from a minor collision, that they replaced the part causing that code, and all I needed to do was go to a collision center to have it reset and I wouldnt have any problem. Today, march 31st, 2026, I took the car to a highly reputable collision center and they said I need to have the airbag control module replaced as the airbag codes are permanent and can not be reset, which is a $1,900 dollar part and costs 250 in labor to reprogram. I called ZAA Motors and they told me the collision center was trying to rip me off, however I have friends and family who work there and that is NOT the case.
They then blocked me after saying he would call me back and has not communicated any further. AVOID THIS LYING DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS AND LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR. STAY AWAY.
This car shop is one of the best in the business. The staff is honest, friendly, and always ready to share a good laugh with their customers. They’re extremely helpful and make finding the right car an easy, enjoyable experience!
