The manager refused to pro-rate a battery for me that was clearly an O'Reillys battery with a date sticker within the year. I just bought the vehicle so no, i didnt have a receipt, but youd think theyd be inclined to help out. They rely on it being the only auto parts store in ramseur, but just do yourself a favor and go to either advance auto parts in asheboro; they are always helpful and eager to make your life easier.
On top of that particular bad experience, I cant tell you how often this O'Reilly's has given me wrong or bad advice - Its almost every time. Id give them zero stars if i could.
I needed help putting antifreeze in my car! I was helped and had a pleasant experience being taught along the way! Highly recommend coming here. Great prices aswell.
Tried calling this location 3 separate times allowing the phone to ring for over a minute each time within a 15 minute window never got anyone to answer the phone to verify if the part I needed was in stock always have to make a trip in person to this location it seems like.
I had to find a screw driver set and I have always trusted O'Reilly. I went in the store is well layed out, very clean, organized. The counter personnel were very friendly. I was able to find what I needed quickly. And check out was very quick.
The guys working here are a joke all but the guy Kody he's a cool good guy he nice and tries help you the other guys are rude and don't know what they doing
Praises for Omar at the Ramseur O'Reilly Auto Parts! I went to two different auto places to test my battery and, if needed, get a new one installed. First was Advance Auto. I was told my battery was bad (without being shown the reading) and to go across the street to Auto Zone. Went to Auto Zone to be told they cannot do it because it would take more than 30 minutes and that is a liability. Went to O'Reilly in Ramseur and Omar tested my battery, showed me the result, and came out in the rain to install the new battery...and it did not take 30 minutes. That's going to be my go-to from now on, thanks to Omar for being kind and willing to help.
They gave me the wrong windshield wiper blades for my car after I toked them the year make and model of the car the employees 3 young boys were standing around talking it was a weekday and not very busy they need some work to do
Came all the way to get a heater core they said they had at the Ramsuer location. I told them to get it out for me and when i got there they didn’t have one so wasted my time. Wasn’t even sorry
It's never fun to have a dead battery, but the guys at O'Reilly's were fast, friendly and professional. They also had the lowest price of any auto parts store in the area.
Awful went to get a heater hose taking me 4 trips now they or someone keeps losing my package now apparently its in wrong store they called me yesterday saying it was ready I come next day due to work they said it's still not in. They give you a big run around don't recommend this place at all.
Good people to work with just wish thay had more stuff for older Chevys allways got to order it im mean come on who dont keep plug wires for a 80s model chevy
Really nice people to deal with!!! I purchased a peak back up camera on 7 14 19! Stoped working about 10 days after the 90 day warranty ran out!!! O Reilly's had nothing to do with it just sorry product!!!
