Horrible company, do not use their service. They were going to tow our car and told us it would be an hour wait. 1 hour of waiting later, they cancelled on us and left us scrambling for another company. Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
My wife's car broke down and I was told it would take around 60 minutes to an hour and a half for the tow-truck driver to arrive. I was upset when the driver didn't actually arrived until 3 and a half hours later.
Tony King is very hard to get along with and does nothing to help convenience the customer. I have dealt with Tony several times because he is a hometown place and have overlooked his rude behavior in the past but I will not be using his services in the future.
Great service but one flaw that made me not give them 5 stars, when towing my car they accidentally scratched the drivers mirror but other then that I recommend this towing service
This is the best towing company I have ever used fast efficient and caring, kind very professional there really isn't enough stars to rate this company I'd say well over five stars and should I add well mannered and well dressed i recommend this company to any one needing a helping hand
