I needed a tow when my custom lowered truck broke down. The driver, Jay, took incredible care of my truck. Before he even put it on the roll back, he helped me do some diagnostics I couldn’t do alone to be sure it wasn’t drivable. Unfortunately it had to be towed but fortunately it was with this company. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Literally cannot say enough good about the customer service we received. They towed a car with a flat when none of us was in town to meet up with a key. Very reasonable and very prompt. Excellent customer service!

I unfortunately broke down yesterday and was in need of a tow, I called Blalocks and the gentleman said we'll have someone there shortly. Well I no more than hang up and the nicest gentleman showed up named "Jay" we had the greatest conversation about family and life. Now I would never wish car trouble on anyone, but if you do break down, I hope you're fortunate enough to meet my new friend Jay. Blalocks has a customer for life!!!
Traveling from Maryland back to Clemson, SC and stopped for gas. When I came out to finish up it wouldn't start. I called 3 places and no one answered. Then I called Bialocks. They were here in 10 minutes and I was back on the road.

Called Blalock to have my wife's car towed after she suffered a flat tire on I-40. They were there in fifteen minutes and got her car to the nearest tire place. Very professional and incredible response time.

Excellent, fast, friendly and not over priced! Jumped my car in seconds, after I spend an hour trying to get it started.The guy told me it was a bad/old battery, and showed me where the expiration date was on it. I bought the battery only 2-3 years ago, from a auto chain store. Never again. Never knew car batteries had an expiration date on them.
I told the guy that I was planning to take it to Hawkin’s Auto. The guy was nice enough to call Hawkin’s Auto and tell them the size battery I had. An Unexpected curtesy, which shows quality in a company.

I had a tire blowout on I-40. We were in a dangerous position on the edge of the highway. I called roadside assistance through both my insurance and dealership. I received automated messages from both. I could not get help! I called Blalock directly. A gentleman answered the call and told me someone would be there soon to help. Their driver arrived within five minutes and towed me to the dealership. Thank you so much! I will now keep your number for emergencies.
I needed a sudden Sunday night tow after my car left me and my family stranded. These guys answered immediately, said they'd be there in 25 minutes and were right on time, and then did a great job getting my car home 30 minutes away, for a very good price. The driver was extra helpful in getting my car into the garage and even did some troubleshooting to help determine what was wrong. Great experience.
Had a tire blowout on I-85. In a panic I found these guys on google. They picked me up within ~ 10 minutes of my call and dropped me and my car off a few miles away for a reasonable price. Everything I could have hoped for in a towing experience (even though it's never convenient needing a tow).
Quality service at affordable rates. Promise you will not find a cleaner truck with up to date equipment. Ryan towed my car, he came out of the truck well dressed, clean and had a majestic beard. I will continue to use Blalock's for all my towing needs.
My car broke down this afternoon on the way to Greensboro on I-40 W. I called my brother who knows a little about cars. He found that the engine oil was out because of a leak. After adding oil, we're able to start the engine back again, but it shut down again after driving a short distance. Once we knew that the engine was dead, we decided to hire a tow. From a quick Google search, we found Blalock's with a good rating. When we called them, they're very prompt at giving us a QUICK AND REASONABLE QUOTE with which we're happy at the first place. The towing vehicle arrived on the specified time. The service was prompt and very professional. Not only that, he also helped us push the car up to the carport which is little up on the hill. I recommend them to anyone who needs a prompt service at a reasonable cost.
Called TC on Sunday morning about 8:30 am Feb 18 to pull car out of the ditch and woods. He said he would be there in about 1 hour. Showed up on time, did a great job and was very reasonable with his price. Thanks TC
