My car was towed on 10/11/2025 literally 13 miles it’s a compact Kia. No accident or anything just towed. I was charged $682.00 I have never been so robbed in my life. I live in another state so they knew that they could beat me out of that money. I’m filing a complaint with BBB as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t give them a chance to hookup to your car !!!

They towed my vehicle that had a flat tire from my apartment complex with no warning. Yet another vehicle in the same complex has a flat tire and they gave them a warning with 2 days to get it fixed. I took a picture but they don't allow me to post it here. They definitely rob you because 2.4 miles and it cost $285. I have never heard of such. Just moved here 2 weeks ago and have found that this area is not friendly.
Literally only charged me like a little over a hundred bucks to get my nv2500 company truck unstuck in less than an hour after calling. I was expecting to pay a lot more.

Landon’s towing and recovery is the best tow company I have ever dealt with (even better than ones aaa have sent in the past!) they rescued my car from the side of i40 after breaking down and got it to my house about 50 miles away safely. Very fair and upfront with pricing and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone - top notch service! Thank you guys!

My son needed road side assistance due to 2 blow outs on interstate. They made it to him in a decent time frame and even towed the car to my recommended shop close to my home. Allowed both my son and his friend to ride so they would not be left stranded on the side of the road. Great customer service, driver was very kind and Devin was super friendly to deal with.

They not 24 hours as stated owner was very unprofessional and and didn't know pricing for services. Gave 1star because 0 wasn't available. I wasn't with my car when it got impounded. Office ours differed from roadside however owner didn't know standard rates for his business. I called several times and spoke with someone once being that their not open on the weekend. They're offering a 24/7 service but isn't available 24/7. Promptness, courtesy, professionalism and overall humbleness is definitely lacking from this business.
I was stuck outta town visiting family when the battery in my van decided to die. I was so upset because whenever I have had issues outside of Michigan I get charged higher for it being an "emergency". Anyway, the driver Zack, who came to my rescue was very nice and polite. Charged me normal rate and the new battery was decently priced. It's too bad they are only located here. I would highly recommend them. Very great service.
I was there from out of town and had some trouble. They quickly arrived after calling to say there would be a delay because of call back log! Zack was amazing! So polite and quick to help with my battery trouble. Highly recommend!!!
