  Be warned before choosing this company to tow your vehicle over prior to a holiday weekend. They charge you for storage regardless if they're even open for someone to pick up, nor them being able to tow it because they're off, and they still charge you for those days. Wow...Not an ethical thing to do to other human beings just because you can, sometimes it's just not the right thing to do unless all you care about is $$$

  They do to me two towing services, they are very friendly as well as those who answer the phone in the office and the drivers. On time and friendly. 100% recommended, very good service, thank you guys

  This company is awesome. Called this morning for a tow and the receptionist was thorough, friendly, and efficient. They were here in no time and JT was such a delight! Great service, honest and helpful employees. Would absolutely recommend Landon’s 10/10!

  After 2 days of trying AAA i gave up, mad was an under statement. Called Landon's towing dispatch was very kind willing to help and ontop of the job. John came to greet us on the side of the road in a quarter of the estimated time. And had me back home faster (and safer) then then i would have made it! Very professional experts at what they do with phenomenal speed and accuracy.

  Super accommodating with the circumstances! Insurance agency dispatched him at a time where I could not reach my vehicle, and he was willing to wait and do what he could to avoid cancellation. Highly recommend!

  Little sister got into an accident in the middle of nowhere. Worked with our insurance company to find Landon’s Towing and we are glad we did. He got the car 53 miles back to Raleigh and did an unlocking service bc the previous collision center didn’t release the keys to the tow truck driver as collision Al enter man was at lunch (eye roll)

  This company was contracted by my road side service and approved the job of towing my car and gave an estimated time of arrival for 45 minutes. I called them at the 45 minute mark to see if they were there or close and while on the phone with the man his small children were screaming uncontrollably and the man said it would be 2 more hours I was not happy and tried to discuss this when he cancelled the order. He was not very nice either.

  I called 3 others towing companys And was told they are not working today.. This is Saturday morning .. If your not working why the hell would you answer the phone.. I called Landon's towing .. They where there in a short time.. The guys were great and it was hot as hell out there on 40 west .. He got under the truck to remove the drive shaft.. To tow me .. And like I said the pavement was very hot .. So you want some one who gos out of there way to do the job Right .Way .. This is the place too call LANDONS TOWING COMPANY..

  Total Thief!!!! Do not use!! Told him where the vehicle was and where it needed to go. After he calculated the miles he said $100. I agreed. When he actually brought the vehicle he said he changed his mind and wanted $150 and the $100 was a non-binding "quote". He then said if I didn't pay the $150 he would just take the vehicle back with him to his impound lot, charge an additional $190 for that tow, a processing fee and $50 a day storage. Then he said if I didn't pay him the $150 right then he might decide that it is really $190 and to take the $150 and how he was being generous. I couldn't believe it. I was stunned, silent and sure it showed on my face. He said call the police if I want. He then went on to describe how I could also take him to court, while the vehicle sits in his impound lot collecting storage fees and how much of a hassle court is and that I would never win. He said he goes to court every week. Who goes to court every week for their business? He then said when you tell the judge it was $100, how would I prove it when it was 'verbal'. Clearly he has done this before and set me up. For me it was a complete shakedown. After I paid and got the vehicle, I said I would at least write a bad review. He said go right ahead and give 1 star and that he would just write a response in any way he wanted to discredit me. I would run away!
