Ordering parts be careful because times might be completely different from what they say honestly not happy with their service I was told there would be a part Monday 7:00 a.m. and find out it will be there at 4:00 I came in at 8:35 place to order on a Saturday honestly not happy with it
Great place to get parts and if they don't have it in stock they can get it to there store as fast as they can to help you 10/10 thank you keep up the amazing job you made it possible to get my jeep back on the road
Needed a hydraulic hose for my rv leveling system. Jamie was able to supply me with a proper length replacement hose and crimp the matching ends I needed. He was professional and the store was super clean and organized. No issues after install. Thanks!

The customer service is amazing!!! Had a bad battery that is O'Reilly brand and was switched out by the workers for free just because the car wasn't starting fast enough. They even swapped the battery for us versus us having to do it.
Stopped in for windshield wiper blades and Mathew was very polite and very helpful. He even put the new ones on for me. Your very lucky to have him. Thank you Mathew.
My check engine light turned on and they were able to run a diagnostic to see what code was popping up. We were able to figure it out - they were super helpful and quick to assist!
I'm so grateful! Steve is the best! He was very professional and compassionate. I have been sick all week and was unable to go into the store, but my battery was dead. I called ahead of time and told him I was coming in soon. I got a jump and was headed up there to get a new battery. We had already discussed which battery I was purchasing beforehand. When I got there, he was ready with the new battery. It was installed quickly and efficiently and I was on my way in no time! Thanks Steve!
Chris and Jamie really helped us out when we showed up with a flat tire. Giving us his own air compressor and helping us patch the hole! This place has amazing customer service and wonderful staff.
I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get new windshield wipers because mine came apart in the car wash. Jamie, the manager, sold me the windshield wipers, installed them and I was on my way. The whole process was simple. The store was neat and clean. Everyone was friendly. The wipers were Bosch and they were on sale. It was an overall GREAT experience!!
I was having a rough couple of days And went in there while on the phone. I needed the battery in my new car key fob to be replaced. I didn’t even really have to say a word Steve saw what was going on and changed it and I was out in under 2 minutes. It’s the little things that help someone get through their day and Steve did that for me.
I was 426 miles from home on vacation with my family on top sail island and my truck started throwing codes and went into reduced power mode! Pulled into O'Reilly and walked inside and the rest is history.. Very knowledgeable crew there, not just your typical summer job type. And together we we able to troubleshoot what was needed and they had the parts in stock and I was able to use there loaner tool program in the parking lot to replace and inspect what needed to be, and answered any and all of my questions without logging into a computer to find the answer.. Highly recommend that store and want to thank the whole crew, especially the team on August 12th and 13th. You gentlemen rock..
