They were honest and affordable. They didn't have all the tires that I needed but they also let me know that the ones that they had weren't better than one so we're already on my car. The fact that they were looking after my financial interest and my cars, over there own personal gain was a huge deal. Definitely be recommending them to people that I know in the area.
Evans Tires has never done me wrong! They care about their customers, they won’t rip you off, they give honest advice and help you to make the most economical decisions. Honestly, sometimes it takes a few days for them to be able to look at the vehicle, but that’s just because everyone else knows how good they are! I cannot say enough good things about things about my multiple experiences on multiple vehicles that they have serviced. Shout out to Pepper! I don’t know how I would get through these stressful car issues without her!

Asked them to top off the ac free on. They wouldn't because I had a fan that was bad. They wanted to charge $500. I replaced the fan in 15 minutes. Cost me $80. They charged me $70 for a diagnostic fee and still refused to add free on. Bunch of crooks

I've used this place for the last 7-8 years, and I've never had an issue with their work, prices, or staff. Even the one time I got some tires that blew out a day later, they made it right immediately.

We had run over a screw and got a flat tire, so we stopped by to get it plugged. They were fast, pleasant, and reasonable. They offer a lot of other services and I'll definitely keep them in mind next time I need work done!
Needed better tires to pass inspection. They were only ones that had my size, and at an amazing price. Didn't wait long. Got home and one was flat they took care of it quickly, life be like that sometimes !!! All good now

After going to 2 local tire shops feeling like I was taken advantage of AND calling around to 15 tire shops to find my tire size, I came in contact with Evan. He answered the phone with awesome customer service and said he would call me back after he looked for my tire size. He called me back within a couple of minutes and said he had used tires in my size. I got there 15 mins later and he had used (almost brand new tires) for a SUPER affordable price. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Pepper, the lovely young lady at the front desk was also very nice. She had a smile on her face and her customer service was great! I will be going back for my car maintenance and all tires moving forward!
Quick service, nice staff, knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and were able to explain the problem and the part needed to fix it and even quote me a price. I would definitely recommend this place!
I have ran shops and work in shops, these people have good attitudes. They seem to know what they are doing and a big one for me is the shop is always clean, that for me mechanic are not getting grease and oil in and on my cars. The place could use a little more parking but if that's what you got use it wisely.

After being turned down by 2 larger shops in Jacksonville for a patch on a tire, I called Evans on a whim and spoke to a friendly gentleman who told me to "come on in when ever ya ready and we'll take a look". I showed up with 2 kids in tow and was again greeted so nicely by the lady at the front and told that I could sit right in the car with my 2 kiddos while they took the tire off and patched it. I was in and out of there in 15 min. The young fella that did the work was again so nice and knowledgable, telling me it was definitely in an area that is patchable and it had good tread on it so he'd definitely patch it. I felt like I was really taken care of today. No one was trying to take advantage and sell me a new tire when the one I had was fine. They just did good business. When I do need new tires though I'll be bringing my business back here. Thanks so much to all!
Huge fan of Mike at Evans! He was able to check the brakes on my car on a short notice and gave me an awesome quote on 4 new tires. Had those ordered a week later and he put them on for me as well as an oil change. I liked the fact that he showed me my brake pads so I understood what he was talking about. The ladies at the desk were very friendly as well. We’ve used Evans before about a year ago and no problems then either. This was just a really great recent experience. Will be going back for any other vehicle needs!!

This is my normal one stop tire repair store. They are always professional and courteous when I go in. I have a nail in my tire what seems like every 6 or 7 months and they get me in and out quick. No hassle and they never try to sell a new tire as opposed to plug making a quick buck like some of the other tires stores around here.
Had lived in Maple Hill 20 years always used Evans. Always had great service, speedy and fair prices. Moved to Jacksonville recently and I still out there to have them work on my truck, do oil change and check my tires. Best place hands down in the area.
I've been a licensed driver for about 35 years and I've been active duty military for almost 30. Military life has caused me to move frequently and I've gone through many vehicles. Why do I say this? To show the variety of mechanics and shops I've utilized throughout the years. Did I mention I'm not the easiest individual to please? With all that said, I purchased a truck last year and have had a few issues to include my front end alignment. I was at a loss like the variety of shops I had taken my truck too. The dealer couldn't even fix my alignment. I was at a point to take a loss and trade the truck in until I was told by a gentlemen I ran into, that the only place who might be able to help me would be Evans Tire. Let me tell you, from the 1st phone call throughout the entire process I have been totally impressed with everything from price, workmanship, communication, explanation and most important HONESTY. From first contact to driving out of the lot, I felt like I was dealing with trusted family. Way to go Evans Tires! you have renewed my faith in small business and gained a customer for life.
Great location and easy to get to without going into town. While the tech may to a little rude at time and the owner can seem to think he is better than you at time, their work is great. I've always received great work and trust the work that is done.
Can be a bit rude. The markup they charge for parts is ridiculous. 600 for a tune up 430 of which was for parts (i.e spark plugs, spark plug cables, oil filter etc.) I went and bought the parts myself for 1/3 of what they told me prices would be and ended up doing it myself. Been there twice and after the last time (5yrs ago) never have been back. There are much better shops in the area.
