KAREN is the most awesome person in the world..she is beautiful, kind and knowledgeable..with the best sarcastic sense of humor..she guided me through all the crap my van needed and is working with me to get my head out of my butt and get things fixed the right way..The Manager was just as nice and I thank all of them for their kind hearts and not to judge me for not doing things on time IF you want people you can trust..this is your place!...Love these people..they made my day WOMEN if you are not sure who to go to.... WOW. What an experience.
I had been to 3 different Services Garages. The all 3 told me I needed. Water pump thermostat an a valve cover. Replacement.
So I went to Piney Green Tire an Auto.
The staff, were great. Mrs Karen. Explained , to me very well. What was needed.

To my Surprise. Piney Green Tire an Auto, checked, my 2018 Dodge Ram Truck. 4x4.
All I needed was the radiator cap put on correctly.
Imagine. My Surprise.
They did find a wheel bearing wobbly. Replaced.

Well, it began about two months ago. I started receiving text messages from Piney Green Tire and Auto. But the emails were different from any other emails that I had received. Them seemed like they were personable and very genuine in concern. Well that caught my attention and shortly thereafter I scheduled an appointment for the annual inspection and the air wasn't working in my truck. Everyone was incredibly friendly and very professional in every way. It was obvious that they placed a tremendous amount of effort into customer service. I had the work done, they even provided me a ride back home and a person picked me up at my home when the car was ready. I've decided that this will be my forever Auto repair shop. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who appreciates good service and a affordable price for your repairs. Go Piney Green

Great shop. I’ve been going there for several years. When new owners took over (I believe the prior owners retired), I was a bit cautious. They are fantastic! Very professional and everyone is helpful, very accommodating and kind. It’s the type of place where you get to know people, which builds trust.
Stopped by to see about getting an alternator put on and the lady that answered the phone was amazing. I believe her name was Karen??? Anyways, she was very helpful and nice to speak with. When she went to the back just to confirm how much it would be, I noticed she had to keep going back to ask the man in the back. I was sitting in the lobby watching him as he looked out at me and towards my car. When she came back to give me the price, I was told that it was going to be more because I have an SUV. I called another service department earlier and already made an appointment with them but stopped by here to see about getting it done today instead of Thursday at the other shop. They were trying to charge me $150 more and when I asked why, it was because it's an SUV. Ridiculous!!!
These folks are fantastic!! If you’re going somewhere else, whether it be for routine maintenance, or for a problem with your vehicle.. I’m telling you now… you’re in the wrong place, and you’re probably paying more than you should!! I moved here about 3 years ago, and wanted to find a place close to my home.. but most importantly, someone I could trust. I’ve dealt with MANY auto mechanics, and have had my share of some decent ones.. but when you leave a shop, with more problems, than when you started, you realize, you’re in the wrong place..
Piney Green Auto and Tires, has done me RIGHT..100% of the time!! They ALWAYS can work me in.. and are you ready for the big finale?? I had just had Cervical Spine surgery… had a couple tires that kept leaking and going almost flat on me.. Well these gentlemen went out of their way, and came to pick up my car from my house, because I couldn’t drive yet, but had an upcoming appointment in Wilmington!! AND.. brought it back to me.. What a blessing that was, that still warms my heart !!
Just had NC annual inspection done. They told me I needed all me fluids flushed and/or replaced which they quoted me over $1000 to do. When I reviewed my owners manual not one of those fluids need to be flushed or replaced ANYTIME soon or at 30k mile intervals like they said! They also initially told me I needed new spark plugs until I said they had just been replaced at another shop at which point she "double checked" the Carfax and then printed out a new estimate. As far as the new brakes they say I need for another $1100 (which aren't squeaking, etc) I'll be getting a 2nd opinion. Needless to say I won't be returning. BEWARE!
These are my people right here! They take care of me I love there welcoming spirit their helpful fixes. Any problem with my car they have fixed and even shuttled me home and brought me back to pick up my car. The whole staff is wonderful.

I had a phenomenal experience here today like I have in the past, but Karen today made a huge impression. She was so tentative so nice on just gave me and my husband above and beyond customer service. She printed out quotes she made things clear Karen is absolutely the best And I will be going back next week for tires. I highly recommend them.
My experience was wonderful. I called the day before and they scheduled me the next morning for 1st appt. The staff was super polite and more then helpful. They got me all fixed up amd back on the road quickly. They also did a step by step with pictures, and detailed instructions of what needed to be done with zero hassle. Pricing was affordable,. I would highly recommend this business and will be a repeat customer.
The staff was exceptional. Every little detail was explained thoroughly and I really did appreciate the text message that gave me updates on what was done, what needs to be done soon, and what passed their inspection. The whole process was smooth.
Sean and Sue were very nice and provided great customer service! I asked for a smoke test and was told "we will see if we need to do that" after my full diagnosis was completed. I thought the diagnostic fee was a little high for the 30 minutes ($169) and then afterwards (not when I asked?) they told me they don't have the equipment to do a smoke test so that was disappointing but the lobby was nice and the staff was very friendly.
I was recommended by a neighbor, I'm glad I listened. They had fantastic service, they were quick and efficient, very personable and affordable! I will be back for my future car needs.

I had the pleasure of once again patronizing Harrell’s Auto-Piney Green Tire. They are the most professional, honest, and kindest folk. Also, today we’re having severe weather and the gentlemen kindly provided curbside service of my car after it was serviced. They pulled it right up to the door, walked me to my car shielding me from the rain, and opened the car door for me ensuring that I did not get my coat caught in the door! Now that was SERVICE!! They didn’t have to do that but they were kind enough to and I am grateful for the service, kindness, and experience. I will always return. Thank you for providing great service and being kind to this ole gal in the process. It was greatly appreciated! Oh, and the tires are great too.
Very bad experience. Took my Acura for state inspection. Spend hour and half trying to find work for him to give me estimates to replace tail gate for minor crack and failed it for it
They were amazing. Picked my vehicle up FOR ME and brought it back to my house! They had amazing communication and customer service AND they took care of my vehicle the same day I called. Just all around great service, I will absolutely spread the word about this place. Thanks again!
I have been coming to piney green tire since 2015. They are now under new management and they are great. Communication is great and they were well priced. They have a fantastic group at the front desk and in the garage. Will definitely continue coming here until I have to move. Also very quick in the garage didn’t have to wait super long to get my right and left inner and outer tie rod ends replaced.
