It makes a difference while you are waiting to felt seen. I didn't expect anyone to stop what they are doing but the gentleman at the desk was very sweet. He stopped and chatted with me in between what he was doing while I waited.

I called around to all the hundred shops in the area and yet again lapoint has the best prices. They are always honest and upfront with costs and what needs to be done and what can wait. I have been the the shop a few times in my year that I have lived here and they continue their good name. Thanks a bunch for keeping me safe on these crazy Jacksonville roads.

The mechanic and owner were very polite and came highly recommended by the local dealership. Price was fair and reasonable. Although my truck was not repaired, they gave me the info needed, to provide to the dealership, in order to have my truck repaired for free under a recall issue. On our way home with a perfectly working vehicle less than an hour after showing up! Brought in a 2004 Ram 1500 with no ac/heat/defrost, no air coming out at all. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour for a really good price.
