Had my water pump and timing belt changed, along with rear brakes on an old Lexus. I don’t live here and they moved up the timeline to fix it so I wouldn’t have to miss work which I really appreciated. They also sent pictures while doing the service so I knew it was getting fixed and done right. Roun was also very kind, showed us around his shop to ease the anxiety of having someone work on our car, and listened to us talk and was very nice. Happy to have a new mechanic!

Dedication Auto is fantastic! We had a problem with our rear drum brakes on our 1999 Jeep Cherokee. No one else in Jacksonville will do brake work on a vehicle older than 2000, and Shawn and Ron said they’d help. They sure did! Within a couple of days and very reasonable pricing, the Jeep is on the road again to live out more adventures! Thank you! I highly recommend them!

Despite being very very over due for multiple things like brakes and oil. So much over due that most shops just passed me onto someone else. Dedication Auto took me in instantly!
