I went to My Mechanic to get my daughter vehicle fixed, she needed two wheel studs replaced. I was referred there by Discount Tires, I received great customer service. Up front I was informed about the procedure and what other issues that could be defective. They had video their findings and sent it to my phone to review , that was excellent. They gave me an up front estimate and was in that range when they finished. I would be happy to recommend anyone to them. The mechanic took the time to answer other questions that I had in order to make the vehicle run smoother. Awesome
I am very happy with the service I receive at my mechanic the staff is curious and knowledgeable. They take time to explain what's going on with my vehicle and the steps I need to take for repair. I've been taking my car there for several years and would take my car nowhere else... I highly recommend them to anybody.
Everyone at this shop was very kind, from the second I called about prices I was treated like family, they were honest and kind. They had my car for a couple of days only to insure that they could tell exactly what the problem was instead of fixing something that wasn’t broken. Not only did they replace and fix my starter they took a look at a bunch of other things so now I know what condition the rest of my car is in. I would recommend this place to anyone. Billie was probably the kindest and most knowledgeable customer service person i’ve talked to. I will use my mechanic every time. 10/10
I quickly received an appointment for the next day. They found the source of my problem and identified another. Provided me with estimates for repair. All in all, very pleasant experience.
I finally found a place I can take my car and trust that they are not trying to rip me off bc I'm alone. I've been there a few times and I've never felt pressured or taken advantage of! Super important for single women in my opinion! They are super friendly folks! Im so glad I went. Two people from work recommended them!! I like them alot and highly recommend!
Pre purchase inspection was thorough and staff was professional and courteous! The communication, including the report was top of the line for a pre purchase inspection! If I'm ever buying another car in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
Matt, Billie, and Brandon were all super helpful. They kept me informed with what was going on with my car. When I did have an issue they were able to warranty the part and get me on my way quickly.
They diagnosed a purge valve. Said I may or may not need to replace it, depending on of the check engine comes back on- Not money hungry. Gave me the tip to not "top off" the gas when pumping gas. Welp, the light came back on. I'm going to have to get it replaced.
When I moved to Jacksonville, I was searching for a reputable mechanic to replace the one I had before. I have been so pleased with My Mechanic and their services. I use them for my routine maintenance and appreciate their guidance on what needs attention. I recently needed some repairs and they fit me in and took excellent care of me. I value their trustworthiness And recommend them to anyone.
I recently went to My Mechanic for some help and I wanted to give some honest feedback…. Brandon and Billie were so kind, helpful and so easy to talk to. They worked me in for a last minute need and, while I was waiting, I got to listen in to how they treat the rest of their customers on the phone, as well as in-store. They were great! Each customer had their full attention. I even noticed that there were Several repeat customers that stopped by with big smiles on their faces and firm handshakes to give thanks for taking care of their needs. Repeat customers?! That says a lot!! They’ve got my business now!
I've had work done here several times. The work is awesome. This is the first place that has taken pictures, given recommendations, and didn't try to up sale me. I recommend this place to my friends and it is the only place I use. A trustworthy business is hard to find these days.

Fast fix and fair price, the intake process was very thorough and professional. My battery was dead when I went to pick up the truck which was annoying (I think the radio was left on accidentally) and they didn't replace the fuse box cover (now I know where the fuse box is) but other than that I'm very satisfied
Great place to get a car worked on. Was quote over a $1000 of urgent work at a dealership in town. Most of the work was not required until next service (6 months-1 year), the rest was not required at all. Was able to get it done for $200. The dealership also missed an error code on the system computer that had not been addressed. Was repaired for about $120. Came highly recommended by a friend, they out performed what I had expected.
The guys at "My Mechanic,," are awesome. I've had bad experiences in the past taking my car to a repair shop, and getting ripped off, but thats all behind me now they are very reasonable. Billie is also an asset to the business, she is very sweet and knowledgeable. If your looking for good, honest mechanics you need to bring your vehicle to ," My Mechanic"!
The vehicle is one of the important tools for daily transportation, consequently needs to be treated properly in maintenance care, this is why I go to MY MECHANIC, because they have the knowledge to take care the car, and the right attitude to treat the clients. Thanks to everyone in this team.
Broke down and had my car towed to this shop for repair because my water pump needed replaced. I picked it up and broke down again because they didn't plug my alternator back in and my battery died. I only knew this because my husband followed me home and noticed the alternator was unplugged as soon as he opened the hood when I broke down. It was very scary and luckily I got off the road before getting into an accident. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
Update: I had a very thorough conversation with the shop's owner, and it was clear to me through his dedication to not only his customers but to his team and overall community that this is not at all how the shop operates. Ultimately I can understand that we are all human, and it meant a lot to me that he took the time to explain to me how they are going to make sure proper training will be implemented to keep everyone safe. I can confidently say that I would go back to this shop because most other owners would have paid me off for deleting my review, not caring about my safety, but Brandon was completely different and ascertained that I was okay first and foremost.
Listen—if you’re not taking your car to My Mechanic, what are you even doing with your life? They don’t just fix cars—they give peace of mind. They’ve looked out for me and my kids like family. I have had excellent service every time I have used My Mechanic on Onslow Drive. They are honest and straightforward about the repairs and costs. I always recommend them to anyone that needs auto repairs.
I requested a pre-purchase inspection for a very nice Voyager from a reputable dealership as the undercarriage had some tears that caused some concern. I recieved a printout and link to view pictures the mechanic took of many cosmetic problems and defects/areas of concern. I also recieved a blunt estimate of the condition of the vehicle by two mechanics as well as their recommendations. Very honest assessments which prevented the purchase of a potential lemon. I hope I don't have problems with my new purchase (2022 Santa Fe), but if I have issues with the dealership, I'll definitely go to My Mechanic, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who reads this. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic work. They repaired the wiring harness and replaced the fuel pump that someone else hacked up on my Range Rover. All while sharing photos and walking me through the process. A+.
My Mechanic kept us informed of what was happening and quickly fixed our dead van. (Burned out starter due to the Stop/Start feature that is supposed to save gas.) They do an amazing job and I highly recommend them.
They were all very helpful and the prices were really great! Turn around was same day which is super helpful and convenient especially since I have kids!

So, all the people that work with my mechanic are phenomenal! I have done most of my work on my own vehicles but anytime it gets to where it's a hard diagnosis or a very complex job, I bring it to my mechanic and they'll pretty much narrow things down exactly to what it is, and fix it no problems. They're extremely fast, and they're always very informative. They don't hesitate to answer any questions I would have, even when things are busy they make sure things are done right.
I can tell Brandon is very busy and is a very calm person to talk to despite him trying to take care of so many things. Billy does excellent customer service work, always friendly, goes above and beyond well I think she should do several times. They're reliable, and their prices are affordable.
Had a great experience with this mechanic! They were responsive, friendly, and got everything done in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and professional. I definitely recommend their services and will be coming back if I need any work done in the future.

First time there a couple of weeks ago. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and really friendly. I thought they were fair priced. I especially liked that they show you pictures of the issues on your vehicle on their computer screen.
I will definitely go back and highly recommend My Mechanic!
