They want give you a quote because they want to make outrageous prices after they fixed the car, and in order to get your car you have to pay anything that they say
This guy is trash. I took my car here and it spent 4+ months here I bought all the parts he said he needed to change. He never fixed nothing . I spent so much time and money here I’m homeless now. I bought my dream car and lost it here. He charged me $3000 and didn’t fix nothing. I took the car on a tow straight to car max and got rid of this night mare . I hate this guy. Seriously . One of the saddest days of my life. I feel so ripped off. I wish I could sue this guy. Please don’t go here. PLEASE
Bonnie & Clyde (Brenda & Warren) of auto repair! BEWARE. They added the credit card processing fee for their business to my credit card and tried to claim it was my rewards cash for using my card. Then they gave me a BS excuse that Citicard would refund me the $39.15. Of course, Citicard is not going to do this and had to open a dispute. Paid for my parts, taxes and shipping upfront and then they taxed me again when I picked my car up (Nearly $60). Original was told 3 times labor was $130 and when I got bill twice that. If you like dealing with chiselers, get you car done here!
Nothing but problems. Brought my car here for a battery update and trans problem. Was told everything was fine and fixed. So I asked for a trans service since my problem was "fixed" when I picked up my car as soon as I started it it had the same problem as when I dropped it off and the check engine light was still on. To make it worse there were ashes from civets all over my car. I dont smoke and I keep my car very clean. Problem is there services cost me $700. The machanic openly admitted to knowing g it was still not working when i asked for tbe service to be done. Had I known my transmission was still malfunctioning I would have never done a service which cost me 400+. Now every time I call up there in tbe last 3 months I always get told to call back tomarrow. I do not recomand this place. I've always been told if it looks like a junk yard it is a junk yard. Very unhappy
This guy told us a situation about a rude "black lady" that came into his shop just to imply that we couldn't afford the repairs. But honestly if it wasn't for his confederate flag and comments we would have never found a better mechanic. Thanks Jackass
This is a mom and pop operation - traditional and easy going. If you are looking for a fancy waiting room with secretaries and a pop corn machine this is not for you. The prices are VERY fair and Warren the owner repairs the problems other's can't.
I personally know the owners and have and still do work there part time, there aren't any vehicle's that we don't repair and we try to provide the best service and repairs with quality parts at a reasonable price, and Warren Royster will always lend a hand to fellow technicians and citizens providing vast knowledge of helpful diagnostic and repair procedures,a local repair shop you can trust.

Horrible people terrible customer service ordered a part that didn't work I was charged $100!!!!!!! And then $300!!!!!! For nothing they had my car for 2 weeks !!!!!!!! No answer no one was available to talk these people are TERRIBLE they hung up on me cussed at me they didn't do anything they are A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!! Allll they want is your money $$$$!!!!!! Nasty people everything is a mess the guy doesn't know anything about cars just stories very rude the desk lady very unprofessional !!!!! Never smiles always an attitude !!!!! Awful place !!! Now my car still not working $400 after !!!!

All I can say is WOW! These folks had my car for 3 months......3 months and could not get my windows or mirrors to work. They told me it was fixed, charged me $411 and it was not fixed by the time I got home. They told me to bring it back and then they had it for months. Never, ever called me on a status or update. Finally, after waiting and waiting, he said that I should take it to the dealer in Wilmington. I went to pick up the car and he told me he had a solution to fix it. Since I already paid $411, I figured to let him fix it. A month later, he still couldn't fix it. In fact, now my trunk doesn't work, my doors won't lock and my hazards flash while the car is running. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Oh, I failed to mention that my car was dinged up too. My car is silver and now there's red paint on the door. Don't waste your time.....he doesn't know what he's doing.
This place is ran by a scam artist.They have the worst customer service.You will not get any phone calls concerning your vehicle.they absolutely leech off military members.They will hang up on you over the phone if you contest anything that is said. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO SEE ANYONE ELSE TREATED HOW I WAS.THEY WILL TAKE COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!
