DeAndre was super kind and knowledgeable on towing my lowered car. He was extremely professional and very timely and delivered my car to the mechanic with no damage!
My driver arrived quickly, preformed efficiently, and made adequate chitchat to lighten the mood of my car 6yr old car leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Hopefully I don't require this service anytime soon, but I would use again.
My driver was absolutely phenomenal. Although I didn’t end up needing a tow, he was polite enough to stay on the phone with me & keep me calm, trying his best to get to me ASAP. He kindly gave me a jump, and provided some advice on what he thought I should do moving forward. I don’t recall his name at the moment, but I am extremely grateful!

Stop driving so reckless. Everytime I come across one of your drivers they are speeding and pushing people out of the way especially on the bypass. I get it yall are cool with the pd but yall need to follow the laws as well
Needed a quick winch out, a nearby tow company wanted way more. Called Smith’s towing and Ray arrived quickly. He did a simple winch out and even offered a discount from the quoted price over the phone. Would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Extremely unprofessional. Unreliable. I locked my car( lol) called them for their assistance and they said be there in 20 minutes turned out to be two hours and never got a call. They are 23 mins away from my location btw
I want to sincerely thank Alfredo from Smith’s Towing Company for helping my husband during a difficult situation in the early hours of the morning. Around 3 a.m., my husband’s vehicle broke down on the side of the road and our insurance company dispatched Smith’s Towing. Alfredo showed up quickly even earlier than expected and maintained clear communication the entire time.
At that hour, it can be stressful and even a little nerve-wracking, but Alfredo was incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. He got the vehicle safely to its destination without any issues, and we’re both so grateful for his help.
Out of all the towing experiences we’ve had, Alfredo has truly been the best. If we ever need assistance again, we’ll be sure to request him by name.

It would be 5 stars if it were not for the confusion of the response phone number being out of state & the Supporting staff on the phone Not Believing I only needed to tow my car 70 yards.
The gentleman who responded on site was polite ,respectful and acknowledged the very short distance tow. My cost was adjusted.

Your receptionist and tow personnel was very nice. I wouldn't say that the service is poor. The only problem is had was this. I asked the receptionist if my vehicle could be backed into my driveway. She said that she would relay the message. When the towers were picking up my vehicle, I asked the young man if my vehicle could be backed in as I asked the receptionist. He said okay. However, when the vehicle was brought to my house it wasn't backed in as I asked. When I asked the young man as to why he didn't back it in, his reply was that the vehicle was rear wheel drive or something of that nature. So, I'd like to know why I wasn't told that when he was picking my vehicle up. Instead of saying that it could be backed in as I asked. Or is it because it would have taken more time to place to tow on the front wheels instead of the rear. I'm just wondering .
I attempted to use jumper cables to start the vehicle and was unsuccessful. I then called for the tow and was told that they would make a similar attempt to jump the vehicle and make a few quick confirmations prior to hooking up the vehicle. The driver stated he could not jump it and towed it to the dealership. It was after hours on the weekend so it took a couple of days before the dealership service team could analyze the vehicle. Once they did, they were able to confirm the vehicle had a bad battery and used a jump pack to start the vehicle for me. That jump took less than 5 seconds. I do not understand why your team could not do this. I would have then only had to pay an appropriate call out fee to your company and I would not have had to pay a $200 diagnostics fee to the dealership for their determination.
My experience was absolutely wonderful I called for a tow he was there within 5 minutes he explained to me what was going on as far as him towing the car and he got the car to the destination I'm not sure of his name but he was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend your towing service to someone who needs a tow
Soon as I called for a tow the guy got to me really fast so I was happy about that!! Also very nice and professional people from the person that answered the phone all the way to the guy picking up my car!! Highly recommend and will definitely use Smiths again!! popped a tire on western and put in a request through usaa and smiths was there within the hour to tow me!!! very friendly and thorough with the picture taking process. he towed it to sanders ford for me and completed the night drop process for me!!! highly recommend
I recommend going to this place. It is wonderful and you feel very comfortable psychologically because there are people who work on your comfort and they have great experience. Honestly, it is a very beautiful place and the service is excellent.
