Great place if you're looking to get out on track for the first time. No power or water hookups but plenty of space for trailers/rvs.

Very good track, counterclockwise, the grip and visibility are very good, there is a gas station close to it, has clean bathrooms and showers

Great track, definitely good for testing. Parking lot needs to be paved! Gravel lot isn't ideal for bikes or cars. Bathrooms in the main building is nice and clean. Those porter potties on the main gravel lot sucks

Great facility and staff. They treat you like family. Great place to train your car/motorcycle.

Great track, especially for beginners. Everyone is no pleasant to work with. Only suggestions are to add grandstands, and walkways to them.

I recently checked this place out for the Xtreme Experience race and, Man.. was this experience AMAZING! I definitely want to do it again. I was nervous at first but the instructors were great and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. If you haven’t done this yet… What are you waiting for??? Book your Xperience and burn some rubber.

Fantastic facility near the Va border occasionally used for safe driving courses and general auto research.

Nice, well kept track, did an Xtreme experience supercar test drive here. Sort of far away from Raleigh though.

This place is a blast. We road in a Hellcat with the lead driver of the course. He was great. I wish I remembered his name. He educated us on how the track is laid out and the classes needed to tack on site to drive any of the exotic vehicles. thos was an exillerating experience. if you like speed and want to do it safe. this is the spot for you.

Sam True is so great to work with, he truly takes pride in his job and you can tell he loves what he does. My racing company hosted several events at this track and I have so many good memories here. It is a fun track for beginners and experienced alike. I've driven several events here and it's always a good time.

Nothing like North Carolina hospitality! The track and facilities are top notch as well as the Race Course Staff and Volunteers. This is our first time here and we will be back.

Not a bad price for a track day, depending on who you track with. PRE has always been a great organization for motorcycles. This track doesn't have much elevation change but it does make up for it in the turns.

A great atmosphere and safe trackdays with the two orgs that I ran with. Track surface is pretty good, but there are not very many curbs, which makes me nervous to cut apexes close. I would give this place 5 stars if they added more curbing and paved the pit area. It's just a large gravel lot packed with inch sized rocks, so nobody really utilizes the space (except people who haven't been there and don't know better) because you end up with 2 pounds of rocks inside your fairings just riding to the pit lane. On my second trackday on the very first session one of these rocks took out my gopro. I feel that its kind of a hazard.

Awesome! Great high speed track, group levels are very organized and categorized you according to your skill level. I don't know how else to describe it but it was a blast! I recommend to get an instructor to ride with you if you are a beginner to this track and learn all the flags, signs and symbols. Have fun!

Brooks Cycles did a phenomenal job of repairing my Softail. A doe had jumped into me on NC64 and as a result of the collision Black Cat had said it was totalled. I included photos so you can see the quality of the work performed. I rode her home today with a king size smile on my face. My thanks and gratitude go out to Brook, Shantel, (sic?)and their crew. You are the best and I will recommend you to anyone that I know that might require your services. THANK YOU!!!

Interesting flat track. Would be 5 star if worker stations were updated some. Rest of facility was nice, and wifi coverage was good. Will go again.

Excellent road course for learning. Lots of room on track as well as tons of runoff. Learn car control with much less fear of wrecking vehicle than most tracks. Staff is amazing here! Been going to this track for years and whether its a bike or car event i always enjoy it!

Excellent track even if I crashed bad over here cuz of some idiot moron breaking off his race line. But I always enjoyed coming here. Food places are limited in the area so you might need to drive another couple of miles south on the 95.

A very good beginner friendly track to learn sports riding. Smooth and flowy racing lines, very few hard braking points, not too technical but challenging enough to make you work for it. Management is apt and efficient. Paved pit area would be nice. Love the track!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, dog friendly. There's a stand you can climb atop to get some great photos of most of the track! You get a chance to walk the track, which is a great experience!

I freaking love this place... I consider it my home track even though it's two hours away. Great grip. Wide track. Great facilities.

Great track, friendly staff and atmosphere. Did a trackday with EvolveGT they had a great setup and everything went smooth and easy the whole day. Thanks again.

Did an event with Evolve GT and i must say for my first time on a track to learn how to ride the right way it was fantastic.the leadership and all of the staff were easy to approach and ask questions and get good answers back and not a bit of bad attitude in anyone i spoke to. the track is great, smooth well maintained (except for the grass which was really high thus the 4 not 5 star review) the track staff were on point and well organized. the facilities are nice with power available in places. there are real bathrooms in the main building. There are garages available to rent i believe as well. there are no concessions on premise so be prepared to run out to the main road 5-10 minutes away to get food or pack a cooler. The paddock area is gravel so a little sketchy for bikes but not bad if you take your time. plenty of room to pull in with a trailer and still have room for a pop up and a few chairs.

Great facilities, extremely friendly staff, excellent food (if you order their catering), and a GREAT track on which to train beginners. I have run or been a part of several Instructor Training programs, HPDEs and private coaching events here and they have all been consistent successes by everyone's measure. There are a good number of constant radius turns, some LONG and lurid (think giant skidpad-like) and some other dynamics as well. This track is also VERY motorcycle friendly and that crowd comes in droves. Note: There are not a lot of elevation changes here and runoff in some areas can seem limited. This is NOT a Road Atlanta or VIR from a technical perspective - which is why it's so great for beginners. There is a lot for more advanced drivers as well - they might just have to experience it themselves to be convinced. The building, classrooms, and amenities (like live CCTV from sections of the track piped into the classrooms!) are among the best you will find at ANY track in the US. There's also amazing garage space available, some complete with lifts and all with testing/observation offices above. This place was originally created as a research & development center and it shows with all the features available. There's also a large 'off-road' track on-site for ATVs, dirt bikes and such. The paddock is probably the only real negative, as it is still a gravel lot. Many other tracks don't offer a paved paddock either, so this is not unique. If you're looking for a place to hold a track event, especially one that's a little off the beaten path - you should consider NCCAR. Their rates are very competitive, they will bend over backwards to make sure your group has what you need - especially a good time. And you will not find a staff as friendly, dedicated, or accommodating anywhere else. Please don't be dissuaded by rumors and/or hearsay - experience it for yourself. It's worth the drive to the "middle of nowhere" to hold/participate in an event here. And, let's be real - MOST tracks are in the middle of nowhere anyway due to the noise, etc. that comes with them. Many don't have ample lodging and dining options within 10-minutes drive... NCCAR does. Just 1-2 exits away on I-95 you will find more hotels and restaurants than your event is likely to need. Come to NCCAR once and I promise you it will not be your last event there.

This track is awesome for beginner riders and perfect for expert riders trying to perfect techniques on a not-so technical track. The only reason for 4-stars is that I REALLY wish they would pave the paddock. They get lots of business, why not give back a little to your patrons by making it easier for them to move around?!?!

One of my favorite places! The people that run this place give tracks a whole new dimension...seriously! Very efficient, clean, organized and more grip on this asphalt than most places. Couldn't ask for more.

THSCC has turned this into one of our premier Autox venues. We are able to use the VDA pad (large flat paved area) to setup and parts of the road course if we choose. Sam the manager is fantastic, always accommodating, friendly, and even helps setup. The site is usually clean and well maintained for the amount of use it gets. The pavement is pristine and grippy. Although the carousel turn in the center of the track is excessively monotonous and a tire killer the rest of the track is quite fun. Always a fun place to visit and has good spectating areas.
