I have had AAA for years and almost every time I've called them Wayne's towing has been the ones to come help me. Well tonight I hydroplaned and got stuck over in a ditch. Not even a really bad ditch. It was just raining. Really bad in the ground was muddy so first I called my son to come try to help me push it out of the rut it had created but we couldn't get it. So I went ahead and called AAA when the guy got there. Apparently he took it upon himself to assume somebody was driving other than me just because my son was there even though he watched us put my son's e-bike in the back of the car because it had started pouring down by the time he got there. This caused us to wait over 3 hours for cops to come so they could test me to see if I needed to be issued a DWI completely uncalled for and ridiculous and now I want to just cancel my AAA.
While driving home last night, I noticed an unusual noise coming from the back of my car. When I pulled over to investigate, I discovered a metal roofing screw had found its way into my tire. After getting off the phone with AAA, Wayne's Towing Service arrived within ten minutes. Providing a quick and stress free service. Plugging and inflating my tire, getting me back on the road in no time. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend
Called for a tow through AAA today after spouses truck would not start in parking lot of strip mall. Spouse had tried his jumper pack, cleaned battery terminals, checked fuse box prior to call for assistance. Robert came in a timely manner and tried to trouble shoot himself, used his jumper pack and low behold the truck started. Was so thankful for Robert today, what a relief it was nothing bigger like a starter failure, felt blessed to have AAA and support and knowledge from him. Great staff.
Last night they left my husband stranded on the side of the road after telling him they were on their way and it would be 60 minutes. Called him back and said they had another call they had to do instead. Offered to send someone else for a crazy additional fee. Have used this company in the past and will never use their services again. Their website touts 11 trucks and 24 hour service when you need it most, but when you need it most they let you down.
Wayne’s towing was excellent! Helping us with a flat tire. We were stuck on Hwy 17, family of 5, dog, and car packed full. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Man, I just moved here yesterday, got groceries today and when I parked at my apartment my tire was dead flat, I didn’t have the tools to fix it, so I called them. And Patrick was the man! He came within 10 mins! He found a nail in the tire, and plugged it for me! Dude was super awesome and professional! When he was heading out of my apartment, I heard air coming out the tire and found another nail, I called him as he was leaving and he came right back and plugged that one too for free! Patrick all props do you dude, give him a raise he deserves it! Excellent excellent !
I utilized my AAA roadside assistance and I am blown away with the response time and kindness I was shown! The communication through the phone with Wayne’s Towing, on updates regarding when the technician was arriving, to the kindness and guidance I was shown on site of my car that needed to be jump started was absolutely amazing. They ensured my safety was a priority the entire time. I am truly blown away and am very grateful!
Very rude and disrespectul women on phone. My car was dead and I requested a towing truck with a battery jumper since battery was dead for leaving lights out, but in case it wasn't the battery, it will need to be towed. She told me was going to send a van with a jumper in 45 minutes to an hour with box jumper and if it didn't work to call again and wait another hour for a tow truck. Then she started asking stupid questions, like if we were inside the church or outside. I told her outside with 95 degree hot weather and that question was irrelevant. She hanged up on me.
I hope management read this comment and either train this rude woman or get a nicer one. I am paying for a decent service and you are threated like it is free and they are doing you a favor. At least van driver was nice and thanks to him gets 3 starts instead of 1.
Recently, my car died and left me stranded on the side of the highway. My roadside service dispatched a driver, Benny, from Wayne's Towing. He arrived with a smile on his face, a very positive and helpful attitude, and became my "knight in shining armor" that day!! Through many tears being shed, Benny was kind and comforting. He was able to assess the situation and determine that...wait for it... I was out of gas!!!...even though my fuel gauge registered just under 50 miles to empty. Benny was a pure professional and got me on my way quickly. Benny... I cannot thank you enough for how you treated me that afternoon. Your quick response and non-judgmental nature through my "storm" literally changed my entire outlook on life that day. You are the blessing I celebrated that evening and am so grateful for service workers like you!!! Thank you!

Wayne's sent a driver to my location to remove my 42' RV which was stuck in sand in a construction zone. To be honest, when I saw what they showed up with, I didn't think they would get the job done. However, I was quickly proven wrong. I believe the driver was Wayne. He was able to raise my RV up, place dunnage under the tires, and get enough clearance so that my RV could be pulled out under the power of my own truck with no assistance needed from the tow truck. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism, the care that was displayed for the safety of my RV, and the expediency with which the two members worked together. Thank you Wayne's for an amazing job !!!!
2 separate calls, my car battery was dead and had no spare key in the fob, first tech was able to open the car up and test the battery, he recommended trying the aaa battery service, 2nd tech Steven was prompt and did confirm the battery after 48 k was toast . Am good to go, they were honest and easy to deal with, how can you ask for anything more
My daughter's motor blew and we contacted AAA to transport it to the mechanic. Wayne's Towing called me to let me know they would be servicing us. The lady who called was kind and courteous and explained the driver was assisting with an accident but would be to me as soon as possible. She later called to updated me just so I wasn't left wondering. Robert, our driver, took great care of my daughter's pride and joy Ranger pick up truck. He made sure the toolbox was secured closed and asked about a bed cover just in case. I would highly recommend Wayne's Towning!

I had vehicle trouble the day after Tropcial Storm Debby left and AAA sent Wayne’s Towing Service. They went out of their way to ensure I was accommodated. The 1st technician came out because I suspected it was a battery issue; when we found out it wasn’t a battery issue I was told it would be another hour before a tow truck arrived. The owner graciously jumped in his tow truck and headed my way so I wouldn’t have to wait. He came quickly and towed my vehicle to our desired location, but because of the remnants from the storm the dealership and the drop off gate was closed. He dropped my vehicle in the safest location and put a note on the car for us. He communicated with us so efficiently by calling, texting, and by sending pictures. His service was A++ and spoke volumes to me that he genuinely cares about the wellbeing/satisfaction of his customers! I’ve had other towing experiences, but have never felt this level of kindness and attentiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
Have the nicest and talented responders . However, the dispatcher is the rudest person I have EVER encountered in a business environment. This happened on two occasions or I would have chalked it up to a bad day. Definitely notifying AAA to explore different agencies. I hate leaving a negative review for a local business but this needs to be rectified. Folks are already vulnerable when needing this service
The temp was in the 90’s and humid. I was at the Leland library yesterday and my battery died. I called AAA and Mr Stevens from Wayne’s Towing came within 40 minutes and installed a new battery. He was very nice and he completed the job efficiently. Thank you Mr Stevens!

Our SUV wouldn’t start and was making a ratcheting sound and the electronics were doing strange things. We were stranded in a parking lot and not sure what the issue was. We have AAA and called for roadside service. Peter with Wayne’s towing arrived and quickly diagnosed it was a bad battery and thankfully had one to replace it with him. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. Not the first time we have used Wayne’s towing, and while we hope we don’t have to use them again, we highly recommend them!

I would 100% recommend this towing company. I needed my Jeep unlocked on a Sunday. When I called the lady who answered was super polite and helpful. The driver was at my location quickly. He was also very polite and professional. My jeep was unlocked in just a few minutes with no damage to my jeep. Excellent customer service and execution of the work.

Wayne's towing is great. I had two different car issues two days apart and when I called AAA they dispatched Wayne's to help me out. The dispatched that called me was very polite and let me know when they would arrive. The two drivers that I had, Jeff and Dale were great. They both knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly. It was a pleasure to work with both of them.

I had to have my Jeep towed at 2 o'clock in the morning. I called AAA and the sent Wayne's Towing. They not only kept in contact with me but arrived near the beginning of the arrival window AAA told me. I felt bad that it was 2am and the guy was so pleasant and friendly.
