Took my Honda in to diagnose an oil leak , the issue was resolved and fixed for $90. Guy was great to work with, he was kind and knowledgeable. I will def be bringing my cars back to this place.

Very friendly staff. The waiting area and shop are clean. I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given important insights and recommendations to my Honda Pilot without undo pressure to move forward until I was ready. This is my new repair center.

If you are looking for a highly skilled and honest shop to take care of your automobiles, you just found it. This is simply the best automotive repair shop I have encountered. Guy and his staff are courteous, take time to explain things in ways that non gearheads can understand, and they have you in and out exactly when they say they will. I also find their pricing frequently to be less (sometimes significantly so) than similar shops and most importantly, they are worthy of your trust. They make an honest assessment of what is needed to keep you safe and never try to "sell you the farm."

I found this place in a bit of a panic, through GPS, heading out from Wilmington. My car decided to make very loud clunking noises on the main highway and my tire pressure light came on (forgive the poor description of automobile problems, very clearly not my fortay) The gentleman at the desk somehow was able to translate my terrible description of the problem and agreed to help me, on a Friday afternoon, where they were already swamped. Bless him. They were easily the nicest staff I've encountered at a repair shop. Thank you, to the gentleman at the desk and the technician who helped! Now that I know of you guys, I plan to be a regular.

I really can't say enough great things about Coastal Autoworks. I will never go anywhere else and am telling everyone/anyone I can. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for 1/1000th of the price the shop before told me which was to get rid of the car it isn't worth it. Well how wrong the other shop was! Coastal Autowork's amazing staff saved me so much time and money. My car drives like it is brand new, it is 10 years old! They don't just rely on computers to tell them a problem they actually know how to fix cars!!! Don't question taking your car there just do it and you will never have to look for another shop again. Great shop! Red got my car in quickly and did a great job hunting down our issues. He gave us a quote and got approval before he did any work. When we picked up the car, he told us he had overestimated one of the repairs and so our final bill was less than we expected. He was generous with his time and talked us through any questions we had. It's nice to find a shop you can trust!

I have used Coastal Autoworks for servicing all of my family’s vehicles (Subaru, Toyota, and Ford) for the past few years. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The shop is clean and well-run. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I always drove by here thinking "I need to take my Toyota there" I finally got stuck in lovely castle hayne traffic right by the entrance. So I pulled in, went in and scheduled an appointment for an oil change which wasn't too far away. On the day of my appointment I got there early and my car was taken back before my appointment time, which was impressive to me. I was told at check in they rotate tires with oil changes and could they do that today which was great. I was done in less than an hour and less than $100 they even checked on a noise issue I had without an additional charge. My only regret is not coming here sooner!

I dropped off my Tacoma with them for an oil change, and since I lived near by they were kind enough to drive me home. I accidentally left without leaving my phone number with them but they tracked me down any way. They did an oil change and were thorough in looking over my car for any thing I should take care of. I appreciate their attention to detail and I really felt they had my best interests at heart. Are they as cheap as a shade tree neighborhood mechanic? Probably not, but their honesty and quality are worth the price difference and more. I consider them to be a good value. ?

I'm new to the area and was searching for a place with decent pricing and that wouldn't tell me everything under the sun needs to be fixed. My car is older and I know it could use a lot of upgrades but I took my car in due to a grinding noise around lunch time and they had it fixed by 5. I was beyond impressed with how fast they were and how nice they were with serving me the bad news. I will definitely be a loyal customer here and feel like I can trust them to keep my old girl rolling.

The guys here are great and I'm so thankful for everything they did on my Ram Promaster. I had a week worth of work on my van that needed to be done in one day for my drive across the country and these guys made it happen. They were communicative and honest. Truly, the best repair shop I've ever been to.

This is a wonderful place that helps in anyway they can.. they have looked after my girls , my mother and myself for a couple of years now. And just today they went above and beyond to help my oldest daughter to get the most out of her extended warranty by staying on the phone for over an hour with them!!! She is a graduate student and needs every penny ... plus needs a dependable car to get her to and from work.!!! They keep us on the road safely and always find a way to work us in to their busy schedule... we appreciate all of you and your work ethics and knowledge!!!

I am beyond impressed with the service every time. Whenever I take my vehicle in they always get it back to me in less than 48 hours. The prices for their work and labor are beyond fair and they always look my vehicle over for obvious problems. Last time I brought my car in for a belt replacement and they ended up telling me my brakes were about to go which is a HUGE safety issue, and they fixed it right up for me. It’s so hard to find reputable and affordable mechanic services in the Wilmington area, but these guys are just fantastic.

I went to the shop on the recommendation of a friend. I took my Range Rover in for front and rear brakes. The shop is so clean and organized it looked more like a surgical suite. I met several of the gentleman who own and operate the shop , and I immediately felt like family. They were so courteous and generous with their time , explaining everything in detail. My appointment was scheduled , I brought my vehicle in on the designated day , and was greeting by smiling , professionals again ! It was ready right on time , they were exceptionally fair priced , and the work was executed perfectly. Amazingly clean and organized shop, great customer service. I have worked in shops in the past and their prices and quality of work impress me. I don't like anyone touching my car other than things like tires and inspection but I wouldn't hesitate to take my car here for something other than the tires I got a few months back. My father takes all his vehicles there and I have been extremely happy with the work they did.
