Lou was great! He took the time to check out the battery, alternator, and starter. When that didn’t solve the problem, he took even more time to try and help us troubleshoot the issues. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Greg and Danny were Godsends!! On the day we were meant to drive back home—6 hours away—our battery suddenly died on us. Despite the rain, both Greg and Danny were quick to assist us and diagnosed the issue right away. They installed the battery for us immediately in the rain and did so in an expert manner! If you want great, honest, and expert help, this O’Reily’s and Greg and Danny are the people to turn to!
I came in early this morning with issues, the man working went above and beyond to help me. He listened and done more than what his job required him to do, I’m so very grateful for his dedication and willingness to help me.
Needed a new battery in a pinch while on vacation, and the store at Carolina Beach had exactly what I needed at a great price. The team even helped me test my old battery to confirm it was dead and after the free installation, tested the entire charging system and even the starter. Fast, efficient, and friendly- couldn't ask for better service!
We had a battery die while on vacation. Went to pick up a battery and it was recommended to take it to dealership due to slight difficult in our vechile. The tech helped replace it since we didn’t have any of our own tools. Saved the day!

Called Danny at O’Reillys Carolina Beach to confirm if he had a battery for a 2022 Toyota Siena hybrid..and he did. Got a jump and went right there. Although it was a new experience for Danny, he mastered the install in quick time and we were back on our way!

On vacation in Carolina Beach, I discovered my rear blinker was not working. I tried calling several places to get the bulb but had no luck until I contacted the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Carolina Beach. Not only did they have the bulb but Danny went out of his way during a busy time to install it for me in my truck. Excellent service!
