I've been trying to get in touch with Denton's Automotive since last 6/26/2026. No one answer's the phone and there is NO voice mailbox set up to leave a message. I broke down on the side of the road. Was told that my motor needed to be replaced and was told that they would contact me for a quote but I have not been able to get in touch with them what so ever and have not received a phone call or a email regarding a quote. I live 3 hours from where the shop is and where I broke down and have no way of getting in touch with the people that run this shop.
I looked around for prices to get my transmission in my ford F150 either replaced or rebuilt. They gave me the best price by far. I asked them to make sure it was the transmission that was the problem. They called me a few days later after the diagnostics and told me it wasn't the transmission it was the conductor plate. This saved me about $2000. I admire their honesty and integrity and would recommend them to anyone. Thank ypu so much for your honest and great work.
Denton Automotive is the only shop my 1965 Pontiac GTO will ever see. I’ve owned the car for 23 years, and will freely admit the Denton’s have forgotten more than I will ever know about how to work on old classic car. It’s my pleasure to review such a quality establishment!! Hands down the best place to take your vehicle for repair in Eastern North Carolina. They can fix anything, and I mean ‘anything’ foreign and domestic...1887 Karl Benz to 2021 Toyota Tundra...BELIEVE IT!!!
my car was accidentally towed here by mistake, i called them up & they had already looked at the car for me. i was going to get it towed to the right location but they informed me they could fix it. i was a day late picking it up but they were ready that same day & didn’t penalize me for being a day late picking it up after repair! very friendly crew ! i thought it was something way worse wrong with it but assured me my car ran fine & would be okay after a battery replacement & i drove it off the lot just as smooth as i did when purchasing the vehicle!
I love this shop because they are reasonable and over all good people. I will recommend my family and friends to bring their car tonget service anytime. :)
Some of the nicest most professional mechanics I've ever met. I'll gladly drive from Rocky Mount just to deal with these fellas. Straight shooters who do good work.
