We routinely shop here, and they almost always have what we need, no matter which vehicle we're shopping for. The few times we've had to order something, they've been able to get it in within the day. Staff is consistently helpful and friendly!
Constantly getting the wrong parts when I have to order them, rarely do they have anything in stock, ive had to warranty every starter and battery I've bought from them on 3 different vehicles. Sam and Emmit are the only ones in the entire store that can do a decent job
Had a great experience visiting this small town O'Reilly shop. They had good inventory and friendly and knowledgeable staff. As an FY,I they carry marine batteries!
O'Reilly's has always been a great parts store. This one and seven legs is above average. The management here are really on their game. Amanda, and Emily are really great managers.
( I have slightly changed the names for privacy reasons.) Anytime I need a part for my car, truck, golf cart, boat, Lawn Mower, or any other type of motorized vehicle I can think of, this O'Reilly's here in seven legs is my go to place!
Sometimes my cat scratches at the door, so I let him in for some fresh cat food. I tried to feed him donuts one time but he did not like it. He does like fried chicken though, and the friendly Mart next door has some of the best fried chicken north of the red river!
My cat is a little bit overweight and you would think he eats a lot of donuts, but he really only eats cat food.
His name is Bubba.

The regional manager of this store is really on top of his game also. The store has a great team from the top to the bottom. And I would highly recommend getting your auto parts from here.
Also, the weather here is very nice. It's almost always a good time to put your boat on the lake and go out for a ride on the water. It seems like every time my boat breaks down I can come get a new part from O'Reilly's to get it back on the water. Also, my car breaks down a lot and they always have the parts to fix it!
The Assistant Manager, Tony is an angel! He diagnosed that the Honda dealer didn't even tighten the connectors on my battery they installed for me after they told me I needed to bring my car in for a diagnostic test costing $175 and that it may be the alternator!!! (my low battery light kept coming on 3 weeks after Honda dealership replaced the battery) Wow, Tony just saved me so much money and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I will go here in the future and recommend them to everyone.
Terry, the manager, was wonderful! I realized that both of my low head lights had gone out at once. He checked the old ones, found the new ones in the store and replaced them! He saved me so much time, effort and grief! Totally amazing service with a smile!
I live in Carthage & pass 3 of their competitors just to shop at O'Reilly in West End. The staff is always friendly & upbeat as they greet me when walking inside. They're knowledgeable of the parts & go above & beyond for customers!!!
The wrong parts fast this is the place. Customer service maybe if they are not eating lunch at the counter. Management seriously under qualified. Good luck lol
Won’t go back. Middle of a pandemic, official signs on doors saying masks are required and not one person in store wearing one. Show some concern for the law and your fellow citizens please.
Will never walk in this store again.I Will drive to Aberdeen store 15 minutes away. Thanks gm Stephen Lowe for no call back on your stores bad customer service and additude.
