Today I went to the Carthage Advanced Auto Parts to get a new battery for my truck. I was helped by Aaron as soon as I arrived. After I selected the battery I wanted, he brought the new battery out and installed it. As always, installing a battery is free if it was purchased here. Aaron was very professional and thoroughly cleaned all of the old connectors and mounting bracket before installing the new battery. My entire time there was around 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this store.

Thought I needed a battery but wasn't 100% sure. Was worried that I wouldn't receive an honest answer. Stopped by this morning...received great service! Battery was installed and I made it to work on time. Definitely recommend this Advance Auto.

It was awful, I went in to get blinker fluid, the next thing I know is 3 male employees grabbed me and dragged me to the bathroom where all 3 made me do unspeakable sex acts on them. In 5 minutes it was all over...they asked me what I needed and I told them, they were more than helpful, they gave me a gallon jug of "Peak", and I was only charged $75........I give it 5 stars,..I'll shop there again

If you enjoy standing around and waiting for service well this is your place!! They were the only parts store in town for many years and have fallen into the you need us attitude and don't seem to be thankful for your service. They do have a couple of knowledgeable employees ( Chuck and Howard ) that are willing to go the extra mile.
