I was quoted three different prices over the phone to have my car towed to a shop. The lady said since she messed up over the phone she would make me a “deal”, when I tried to book it appt. she changed the price again. Stay away from this company, there too many other reputable companies who provide good service.
I bogged down my motorhome on soggy ground in my front yard. Brian winched me across and up a slight hill to my parking pad, carefully missing a power transformer. The winching was very slow so that absolute control was maintained. This is the kind it professionalism that you expect, but also needs to be noted. Even though I was stupid in public for getting my motorhome stuck, he very calmly extracted me from my mess.
I had a great experience with Spivey's garage in the past couple weeks I've had to have them fix a couple different things on my truck. Jesse and his team of guys in the garage have been a great help not only fixing my truck but did well to explain everything to me in layman's terms. Pricing was reasonable and the job was done in an extremely timely manner! I would recommend them and their shop to anyone needing work done!! The young man Chuck who came and towed my vehicles today was super polite and respectful and he treated me like a queen very friendly down to earth yet professional at the same time and the price for the towing was beyond reasonable even though he had to come all the way back to tow my second vehicle ! Awesome at his job loading the vehicles on the rollback wrecker also I was absolutely amazed at how fast Chuck got the first vehicle to its destination and came back for the other one and took it to it's destination just as fast!!!! I really like the fancy writing on your rollback wrecker and it fascinated me watching how the bed goes up and down like icing on a cake!! If you want this same wonderful experience just call spivey's towing and wrecker service !!! You will be treated like a king or a queen !!! Jasper was very quick and knew exactly what to do! Appreciate his service expertise and his chipper attitude! They came reasonably quickly and recovered my car that wouldn't start super easily.

Spivey's always comes to my rescue when I need a tow. They are fast, efficient, and affordable. Spivey's will get my service every single time. I have used Spivey's 5 or 6 times in the past few years (unfortunately, I have bad luck with cars).
We broke down on the side of the interstate on Labor Day. We called multiple towing services prior to finding Spivey. Which all companies told us they’ll be glad to help, but the next day. Due to the holiday. We found Spivey on Google. They were able to find our exact location, and arrived within 60 minutes. Our driver was unique but very nice, easy to talk with on our 116 mile trip home @ 9pm. Our invoice was not ridiculously expensive. I would definitely use Spivey again……hope not to. 😅
The driver James was very helpful and nice. He called to let me know that he had arrived where I worked to pick up my car, was quick about showing up and doing the job. I will use this company again if needed.
James was a tremendous help to me!! He was so courteous and even checked under the hood of my car to figure out why it wouldn’t crank before towing it in to a shop where I would’ve had to pay a diagnostic fee. Definitely recommend 10/10
As always Jasper and his crew were there to help. Something that really resonated with me was the words spoken by his driver when he dropped my truck off. He reminded me, that even when you have a bad day, things don't go exactly smooth, always remember God has a plan, and he will never give you more than you can handle.
After a very bad day Spivey's and their tow truck diver made it all better. He was very professional and helpful. Got me towed and repaired. Will only call Spivey's in the future. 5 star company with a 5 star driver.

Our car battery died on the Fourth of July. Needless to say, we couldn't jump start our car two days later when business were opened up again. We googled and called Spivey's. They came to our house and changed out our car battery for us in a timely and efficient manner. We are so grateful that they could come to us and do all the work in our driveway. We highly recommend Spivey's for any of your car needs.
Good people. My semi truck broke down and ended up having to spending memorial day weekend there. Towed me back to the shop and ended up staying in the truck to save some money and they fed me and let me take a shower at their house. Even went so far to offer me a car to get food if I needed (which I didn't). Good people to get along with. Would use them again if needed. Broke the gears in the rear end of my truck and had them put a new one on. Just about bent over backwards to help ya.
Really cool people to work with! My semi needed some codes cleared which unfortunately had to be done by the dealership, but they spent about an hour trying to work on it. When it didn't work, they towed the truck about 90 miles and let us park our trailer in their lot because the dealership didn't have room. Their prices are very reasonable and honest and there's definitely a family vibe here. Highly recommend!
Just a big shout out to KIM from Spivey's Garage who came and picked up my truck that just quit running right on 690. We got the rig pulled off the road and Kim was very busy that day. But she came at almost dark and picked up my truck for me and hauled it to the diesel mechanic. I was on and off with having her pick it up and she never got upset with me one bit. Just the sweetest and most competent driver. A big thank you Kim! Thank you so much.
Awesome service!! We were stuck deep in the mud and we called and the driver/technician came right away and got us out in a matter of minutes. Made the job look easy!! Definitely will refer them to all who need towing service. The price was extremely affordable!!!! I know exactly who to call if I need any service in the the future!!
My dog hit the lock button with our keys in the ignition with the truck parked in the sun in early august. He came out quickly and rescued my puppy. He was very professional prompt and reasonably priced.

Had just had my brakes worked on when they locked up. Mr Spivey himself came and picked me up pronto at dinner time in the evening. He was very cheerful and helpful getting my truck moved to the shop! Great people
Someone recommended Spivey’s Garge & Wrecker service. We called up there and see how much it would cost to put brakes on if we already had our own. He told us the price and to come on up. I didn’t know if I needed front or back so I had bought both. He quoted me one price but since I only needed the front he said it was a different price. While we were up there I got my car inspected too. He was very professional and very nice. He did a great job on the car. I would definitely be coming back to him for oil changes and whatever else my car needs. I recommend him to anyone that needs to get an oil change or brakes or whatever your car needs. Got my SUV stuck in about 2 feet of watery mud. Another 4x4 couldn't get me out and almost got stuck themselves. Spiveys sent out a driver and had me out in less than an hour. This was after being told by multiple tow companies that they were unavailable to provide any assistance. Quick, reliable, and affordable service, will recommend and use again. Thanks
Vehicle broke down tonight called AAA they said someone would be there between now and 2 hours. I called at the 2 hour mark and was told gonna be another 25 minutes. Although it was 2.5 hours at the 2.5 hour mark I got a call from the driver stating where he was and he would be there in a few minutes. Dalton got to us he was VERY VERY apologetic he had a few incidents out of his control prior to getting to us. He was very friendly and helpful. THANK YOU DALTON for being so kind and helpful and not rude and cranky tonight.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the two employees that assisted me when my car broke down at work. They were quick to arrive and extremely helpful. I didn't even have to leave the office parking lot! I recommend the services of Spivey's Garage.
Dalton was great. I was worried because we need to get back to Ohio by the following day. He helped me with my Ford Escape when it wouldn't start. He was friendly, sense of humor and gave me great advice for the future. I would highly recommend Spivey's and Dalton.
They towed my disabled vehicle today for AAA and I was very pleased with the service. A young man named Dalton came out and was kind, courteous and competent. He even put out a small fire at the business where my vehicle was.
OUTSTANDING service today by Mr. Jasper "Roscoe" Spivey. From the time I notified USAA and the time my vehicle was picked up took less than 70min total. That included follow-up phone call from the dispatcher and Roscoe notifying me. They were very courteous and kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend them if you need prompt and friendly service.
