Our vehicle unexpectedly lost power very early on a Saturday morning while transporting our daughter to Florida for work.
The experience, from the initial emergency call to Waldo, to the tow with Marino, to the repair with Armando was outstanding. We especially appreciated the care Marino took to preserve the integrity of the rear luggage carrier while the car was lifted and removed from the flatbed.
Alberto picked up the part we needed, while Armando performed the installation.
While the pricing was very reasonable, the honesty, expediency, and professionalism of the repair from start to finish was what was most impactful. No gouging. No taking advantage of an obvious “out of towner.” Just clear communication and honest work which allowed me to continue the journey to Florida the same day.
This kind of experience is what makes it easy to praise the Lord and “have joy in all trials” (Jas 1:2)!
My 18-year-old son ignorantly put diesel in his Honda Pilot and thought himself lucky enough to find Two Brothers to tow his vehicle and fix it before doing too much damage. They said they would flush the tank and lines. I told my son they would have to drop the tank to properly drain it so he didnt cause too much damage.
I was not present when they serviced the vehicle (as he was 3.5 hours from home), but an hour later he was on the road and told me they hadn't dropped the tank but told him he was safe to drive and wouldnt have any other issues. Within 90 minutes, his vehicle was sputtering and would not accelerate over 30 mph. He eventually had to spend over $1000 to tow it home and another $2500 to fix the vehicle, including properly flushing the system and replacing the spark plugs and catalytic converters that were destroyed due to Two Brothers not draining the car properly. Our mechanic told us these guys scammed my son and took advantage of him.
Highly highly recommend!!!! They met us at shop on a Saturday morning. We were broke down two hours from home. They made the trip to get the parts we needed, made the repairs, and were BEYOND reasonably priced!!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and they were so nice
Was a few years ago, but had top notch experience. I looked them up again in case I need service in that area. They went beyond duty as mechanis to help me. Fixed my car and towed at reasonable rates. Definitely would return.
This is a terrible place of business. I had my first horrible exper With them as a teen when they juked me out of my car. Now I’ve had my 2nd horrible experience with them here recently in which they towed my vehicle as a result of an accident trying to avoid a deer and the guy charged $350 (which is more than a membership and out of pocket tow with triple AAA! )The owner has a terrible attitude and demeanor!
Sleazy and greazy they will rip you off and do it with a smile I'd skip this one unless there related to you then you might be ok .....but still watch em closely
I was on my way home from summer camp. My tire pressure light came on after running over a curb. And they checked my pressure, said it was fine, and sent me on my way. They were extremely nice and I was grateful for the peace of mind.
