quickest service i’ve ever had from a AAA provider!

I don't recommend them. They charged me a $100 for my car to sit halfway on the wrecker. It wasn't even fully loaded yet and this on New Year's day. They were not helpful at all.

My friend and I were returning from vacation when our vehicle broke down at the NC Welcome center in Seagrove NC. The employees of the welcome center were helpful and very kind and gracious. We called a towing company to help with towing our vehicle. We also called a mobile mechanic who came with assurances he could repair the vehicle on site. Which he did. The tow driver would not leave us alone until he had confirmed the mechanic could repair the vehicle. It was very comforting to know such kind and caring people still exist! Even tho we had car trouble it was a great ending to vacation

Jackson's Body Shop was the responding tow truck for my AAA call when my alternator failed and I needed it towed to the my local repair shop. They were there within 45 minutes which is excellent for a AAA response and the driver was professional and got me to my destination quickly. Thank you.

Had a tire blowout on the highway passing through town on the way to the beach. Jackson's was quick to respond and very helpful in getting us back on the road ASAP. Made a bad situation as good as it could possibly get and we really appreciated their professionalism and help.

Straight from the phone call to locate vehicle all the way until good-byes were exchanged was negativity and no regard for the customer. First every question was answered with a question and then they would not allow me 15min to install a part onto my vehicle to get it running. The only alternative to that was to tow in a 10mile radius which I could not choose location they insisted on TRACTOR SUPPLY for the drop off, and still had an extra 65$ fee. I've never in my life dealt with a business owner with such a lack in human contact it seemed. In his eyes we were peasants or the jester to do his bidding and he was KING JACKSON ((taking a wild guess at his surname lol)) Hopefully that will be the final time I deal with that crew of angry pirates...

Barry Jackson repaired my vehicle which was almost totaled after a horrible hail storm that took place several years ago In Cary, NC. It literally looked like a golf ball with all the divets. It required a ton of work and a full repaint job. My vehicle came back in perfect condition looking brand new. In fact, I still drive it. Had a flat tire well before 8am on the way to work one morning. One of Jackson’s tow trucks was there in less than 15 minutes to pick me up, change the tire, and send me on my way back to work in about an hour. They are very thorough and friendly. Our son, who is 18 and was in his way from Boone to UNCW to visit for his mom’s birthday, had a breakdown in Biscoe and we decided to trust Jackson’s Body Shop to tow him and his car to Wilmington. During a horrible storm in May had some problems and the Jeep quit on me. Called AAA and they sent out Barry with Jackson's body shop (he arrived within 15 min. He quickly loaded up the truck and away we went. Fantastic service, honest guy, and a pleasure to have come to my aid on that stormy night. Fingers crossed I won't have Jeep problems again but if I do Barry will be my first call.

Terrible service! Called AAA for help on a trailer tire that the lug nuts were rusted and we couldn’t get off to change a flat tire. They sent Jackson Auto. We even called Jackson Auto before they arrived to make sure they understood we know how to change the tire but we can’t get the lug nuts off because of rust and needed help with something to loosen them. They said.no problem. When the guy got here he only had an axe and didn’t have a clue how to help us. He drove up in a rollback truck and said we needed to just have it towed. He then got in is truck and drove off!! We called them back and they said they don’t know why he left and that he should have just loaded the boat and trailer. We verfies.they could take the boat and trailer before he came out and they said yes. He got back out here and then said he couldn’t tow it!!! They were supposed to charge $150 if they did everything but since they did nothing they wanted $75. We said we would give them $25 just for time and gas since they knew everything up front before they even arrived each time. We had to argue with them and finally paid $50 to get them to leave. Unless you have a simple tire change or need gas do not use this business. They are not willing to listen before they come and still don’t listen once they get to the problem. All the owner wanted was money and didn’t care to listen to the problem before sending someone out twice!!!!!

So, if you are ever traveling up or down the east coast and somewhere in the middle, around let’s say North Carolina, you end up with some car troubles, reach out to Barry Jackson and Jackson’s Body Shop. Barry is awesome, nice and knows cars really well. Here is our story: My family and I were driving our Honda Pilot south from Boston to southern Florida when around 10 PM we hit a juvenile deer, poor fella. Deer are everywhere in this region of the country and one of the biggest driving hazards. Minutes after hitting the deer my battery light came on and I pulled off at the Biscoe exit. In a Bojangles parking lot the Pilot died and we called AAA. No joke, 5 minutes later Barry Jackson pulls up, told me a story about car trouble he had when driving his kids to Disney, checked our battery, pointed out the antifreeze leaking from the car and how the frame had bent into the radiator. He got it started but the car was not drivable. He found an affordable hotel nearby for us that was even dog friendly. We called our insurance company and told them about Barry Jackson. They contacted him and he agreed to tow our Pilot all the way to south Florida. Our car was at the collision center in South Florida the next morning at 6:30 AM. I cannot thank Barry and his guys enough. It was plainly an uncomfortable situation for my family and I being in an unfamiliar place. Barry’s experience with people in our situation and professionalism made our challenge as easy as it could possibly be for us. I highly recommend his services and suggest keeping your eyes wide open for deer in N. Carolina. Richard
