I was trying to help my neighbor move a vehicle that was located in an area that had to be moved. Let me tell you, trying to tow a vehicle in 100 degree weather that has sat for six months, and not having the keys to unlock the doors to maneuver the wheels so he could position the truck on his flatbed was no easy task. Had a crazy issue on my way to work Friday morning. Engine quit half way down the entrance ramp onto north bound I-77 at exit 25. Was able to get a ride to work but had to leave the car on the shoulder. Faulk’s towing was available when I called. Responded quickly. Picked up my car and dropped it off in my driveway in Denver even though I had gone on to work. Driver was easy to work with and saved me from having to take a vacation day.

Had to haul it Huntersville Ford to Aamco in Charlotte at the company do it yesterday today's have it done a couple hours call me at 2 said they're passed it to another driver at another company talk to him because it have it there before they close call me back and said they wouldn't be there till they close didn't call me till noon today are they giving flauk Towing! You see is my business and the me you making me wait to get something done for the amount of money you want all to be done probably when you say and that's exactly what Flauk did..what they promised.

Great company. Called Daniel early morning because I hit a deer and was stuck at my job parking lot. He was on time to tow me and has GREAT PRICES. Better then any other I’ve called. This company is great! My wife's car was stranded 38 miles from our local service center after hitting something in the road. Very professional company. Price for towing service was reasonable. Faulk was right on time, especially as we had to meet up at a 3rd Party service center. He even offered suggestions of other shops to take my vehicle to get fixed. Finally, what was so awesome, I asked him if he could 'drop' the car in my driveway, nose forward, close to my garage, in my sloped driveway...he laid that XUV down 'on a dime' very smoothly. I was most impressed with that skill.
Daniel is the best, was so lucky to find him on google map search. I had borrowed my friends 2500 Silverado and went around the side of our cabin to load up some material. It was wet and 4 wheel drive didn’t help, slid almost down towards the lake, about 100 feet. He was there within the hour and winched it up the incline and out of the muck. Fair pricing and did what he said he was going to do!!!
Daniel was very helpful. The price for towing was very good... and he is very nice. Even on the phone before arriving he was patient and and kind.. same for when he showed up. A genuinely nice person who seemed happy to be hard at work. I haven't left a review in ages... but he surely deserves it!
Reasonably priced- EXCELLENT customer service. My car wouldn’t start and I needed it towed. Daniel came out as fast as he could and tried jumping it for me without hesitation. Unfortunately for me it wouldn’t start- ended up being the starter- but it was the fact that he tried that really spoke words. He also took the time to tow it carefully up the driveway, so as not to let the branches scratch my vehicle. Very kind gentleman & dedicated to helping his customers. I definitely recommend him!
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! I received prompt service, and Mr. Faulk took extremely good care of my car and offered very helpful tips for repairs. He made sure I was kept informed of the car's location at all times and also when the car arrived and was turned over to the repair shop. I would definitely use this towing service in the future and recommend the company to other consumers
