Great service! They sent Tremaine out right away to swap out a flat tire for me. Friendly and knowledgeable. I’d definitely use them again for roadside assistance. I also appreciate that they don’t use robots to answer the phone. The company I called first did, and it was a total nightmare trying to get an actual person to come out. 10/10. Thank you.
Professional and efficient. Needed a jump start and got back rolling in about 30 minutes. Hero got to me in about 20 minutes, 10 minute service. Highly recommend.

This place truly goes above and beyond seriously. From the people who answer the phone (dispatch) to the actual technicians. I’ve had great experiences with both Jason & Tremaine. Tremaine towed my car home on 1/31/25 and was so patient & knowledgeable! Literally won’t ever use another company for roadside support.
Came out in 15 minutes, where most companies would take an hour to get to you. Dispatch was very helpful and the price was reasonable. I would definitely call again if I ever have an issue in Charlotte.

I'll give them 1000 stars! I work with a roadside company. We often have a hard time finding someone with the right kind of truck to get into a parking garage and get a vehicle that does not go out of neutral out, but they have it and did it quickly without damaging the car. My husband busted his tire on a pothole and I contacted roadside assistance and it took forever to connect with someone so I cancelled my claim. I called Charlotte Hero and they told me 15-20 mins. The technician Tremaine actually pulled up within 10! Fast and great customer service!
The whole experience from start to finish was easy, professional, and fast. Our battery was on its last legs and needed to be replaced before we got stranded in a parking lot. The dispatcher sent a service technician out right away and the battery was replaced about an hour after my original call. I highly recommend them!

These guys helped us out at 6pm on a Sunday night with a flat tire on our boat trailer on the busy highway. We were number 2 in line but they still got to us in about 35 min and had the repair completed in 5. Super helpful and friendly! We can’t thank you enough!
