The workers are fast and friendly and you couldn’t ask for anything better especially in a time of need! I needed them twice in one day and they didn’t let me down either time. The second time I did not realize immediately (my fault) that there would be an issue with my bumper from the tow which I figured could be resolved like adults but whoever the boss is unfortunately is not as pleasant as his workers. I’m understanding that we are all human and sometimes mistakes happen so I didn’t come in hot. But the boss chose to accuse me of trying to place blame on them after using the photos they sent me, told me that I’m not an auto body expert, repeatedly asked me what proof the dealership provided after i explained it more than once and let me know that the video footage wasn’t enough, told me that photograph angles do not make a difference in what you can see in a picture, and that he would not help resolve any issues because he didn’t see what I saw even though I circled the issues that were not on the before that they took but were on the after that they took and sent to me. I do not the the technician purposely did anything wrong and was an all around pleasant person to deal with. The boss on the other hand is a nightmare with very questionable integrity. I’d rather be stuck stranded next time! Updated addition: explained to this rude person that since the dealership was the last place to touch my car I started with them and them provide to me the proof need to either say it was or was not them that caused the damage done. Once everything was sorted between my insurance, the dealership, and myself and they proved by video footage from the time the vehicle was dropped off until I picked it up that their workers did not cause damage. I worked my way backward to who touched it next which was the tow company. I never once said there was no damage. I said they never caused the damage. The words that this rude man tried to put in my mouth online and him knowing that it takes time when insurance and another company is involved is even more of the reason I stand by I would rather be stranded than ever ask for help from this company again. No worries we will take many more weeks for all of the paperwork for this to process. I have patience.
Pictures 1 and 2 and from the dealership surveillance cameras as Alex is dropping my truck off. I’m not sure why he has the hood up of the truck because during pickup he told my cousin, my aunt, and myself that his truck does not carry tools to jump vehicles however my lights are on, windows are down, and hood is up. You can also see in picture 2 that the front bumper is low! Pictures 3 and 4 are from Alex himself uploaded in my invoice and sent to my phone after he dropped my truck off. Picture 3 is after drop off and picture 4 is at pickup and you can tell the difference. One is smooth one is not. Again these are Alex’s pictures not mine and the pictures I also spent yesterday arguing with Nick with while he insulted my intelligence and blamed me continuously over. Picture 5 is a close up and at a different angle where you can actually see the bumper being lower created a gap. This is because picture 3 is zoomed in with cropping of the picture so the gap is no as distinctive. But I was told by Nick that the gap was never there in any other pictures regardless of the angle and distance the picture was taken. That I am not an expert in auto body so I do not know what I am talking about and everything is aligned under the headlights and I’m wrong. Picture 6 is a zoomed in and cropped photo of a photo from the video surveillance of the dealership showing Alex backing my truck off the tow bed and my front bumper knocked slightly below where it should be. But Nick knew this and instead of just doing the right thing he wanted assumed because I go about things the proper way and backtrack my steps to figure out where and when a hiccup happened that he could fast talk and scare me out of right from wrong. After seeing the videos and seeing that Alex also lacked integrity when he was left alone with my vehicle and lied for no reason at all I shouldn’t be shocked after hearing the boss. Do not recommend due to lack of morals and ethics. Do not trust out of your eyesight with your vehicle. If you decide to use this company RECORD EVERYTHING YOURSELF! CONVERSATIONS INCLUDED!!!! They are nice upon meet and greet. FEMALES HAVE AN “AUTO BODY EXPERT” MALE PRESENT
Top notch company with superb service! I had a flat with no idea how to change a tire. I called several companies and searched countless others. Not only were these guys the most affordable, they were also really nice, quick, and professional. They got to me in under 30 minutes. My tech was very knowledgeable and kind. He even advised me to look into reimbursement from my insurance company. This is now my go to for any roadside assistance needs and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs it!
