My husband asked me to post this on his behalf. He showed up about 15 min before closing on a Saturday with a broken hydraulic hose. He was not optimistic that they would have what he needed. Not only did they have exactly what he needed, Mickey quickly and kindly took care of his issue. The service was truly outstanding and not something often seen these days. It needs to be recognized!
Great location we needed this in Mars Hill and it maybe a little more expensive, then auto zone and advanced but id put the couple extra bucks in gas to go to another autoparts may as well go here. Great customer service and Mickey is the man always willing to help and if they dont have it he will get it there >in a day ! Thumbs up to mars hill orelly's🤘🏾
This store always has what we need and today manager John took the time to make sure we had all the proper parts before selling them to us. Highly recommend this place over AZ across the street if you need parts.
I want to give a much appreciated “shout out” to JORDON. My car fob battery died and I desperately called O’Reilly’s for help as I was no where near a store that sells these batteries. Jordon graciously paid for a battery for me, delivered it and even put the battery into my fob. I can’t express enough, a huge thank you Jordon!!!!
This store has a great crew. Mickey is an amazing manager. I had to change the heating element in my water heater. The tool they sell at the store sucks and I needed a large 1 1/2 inch bit to do the job. I don’t know a ton about wrenches and sockets, but over the phone, Mickey was able to identify exactly what I needed. He said he’d worked on water heaters before and that these things can be tricky. He also gave me some more tips in case I couldn’t get it off. He didn’t have to go out of his way to help me with that but he did. I got the job done and the headache removed! Thanks so much to Mickey and all the guys in the store for all the great help.
Luke was very helpful on Sunday June 22, 2025. My family and I were traveling to KY when our transmission overheated. I was able to limp my SUV to the closest parts store to attemp to fix it. I diagnosed the issue in the parking lot. It was the transmission line valve failing to function as designed. I needed a transmission line bypass valve which this location did not have. Luke was kind enough to lend me some tools and his counter to tear apart the existing valve and rebuild it. We were on our way in no time. His kindness was appreciated on a hot summer day! Can't say thanks enough.
Once we made it home, our local O'Reilly's had the bypass valve in stock.
Great place, found out what was wrong with my breaks and led me to the best place possible, told me exactly what to say, fast, convenient and he did it for free, great service.
Great location, super helpful staff! My car had a rubber flap coming off under the engine on the freeway making an awful sound, I pulled off and made my way to OReilly's, being the closest possible salvation. Izayah took a look under my car and made a recommendation. I bought some zip ties and he went and put it back into place for me. Thank you so much for helping me, made my day much less stressful!
Didn't have part saud the haf to order wen part arrived 30 min past the time of pick up it was the wrong part also you woul think if they are a auto parts store the would all the parts you need in stick i had to get my money back and go to auto zone to get the right part and guess wat the had it in stick and didn't have to order it
This is a great parts house. It seems like they can get some of the hard to find stuff I run into from time to time, plus they just have great parts coverage in general.
Mickey and Mike and James were all very professional and helped my wife and I find the correct parts for our Chevy Silverado , very courteous and excellent!

New store. Just opened. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Had the item I was looking for. Appears to be well stocked. Very much like the other O'REILLY stores. Will more than likely go back or shop here again.
