The tow truck guy was very understanding and very helpful when he came and picked my jeep up . The only problem that we have is that my brand new wheel cover that I had just purchased and put on my jeep was torn in 2 places. We are trying to understand how this happened.
From the tow drivers to the staff no good experience.. tow drivers WILL damage your car, one of them damn near hit me with the truck trying to speed off with the car (Breach of peace). The biggest one is they WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS. They “returned my property” but only what they went through and decided to return. None of my personal documents were returned nor was my license plate returned. I had a memorial pin in my dashboard of a friend who got killed right after my birthday and that was the only thing l wanted and l expressed that to them and it is also missing there’s no monetary value on that. Talking to someone he says there have to be another bag somewhere, something could have fell off a shelf, and they follow strict protocol. If so all items would have been returned that was pulled from the car not what you all deemed was returnable. From shoes to car parts l paid for were stolen, sentimental items gone, the lack of empathy from these people is very much disgusting. You only get a response from them once you start telling them about themselves and their only response is having you removed from the property. There is no accountability and respect for other people items and l definitely plan on persuing things further and filing with the FTC.
This location is open from 9AM to 4PM, closed between 12 and 1 for lunch. They sign you in for your scheduled appointment and someone brings your car around the front for you to get your items.
They had my license plate detached for me already in the front seat and even brought me the papers that I had forgotten in my glovebox. Seem like very nice people. Goodbye to my first car, you were amazing💔
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. This company will illegally capture your signature and copy your digital signature onto forms you do not see. I signed a document that said at the top something along the lines of "I _____am here to retrieve a vehicle" that's all it said. That signature was then copied onto liability release forms, declaration of property forms, etc. All before I ever saw the vehicle. The forms were emailed to me hours later.
Car smells like cigarettes. Went to recover my car and the man that drove my car to me out from the lot left my car smelling like a pack of cigarettes. I don’t smoke and have a child and now we have the smell of a Marlboro man in my car and my upholstery. State employees credit union should find someone else to collect their assets. Premier is unprofessional. No telling what they did inside my car before I got it.
Terrible place with awful customer service. I had some legitimate concerns of how things were handled. When I talked to the manager about these things she basically told me I was lying. Took no responsibility for anything. I hope no one else has to deal with this place.
The two men were caught in my back yard looking through my windows then entered my carport unannounced. Both were wearing guns and refused to identify themselves. They took the vehicle without letting me get my personal property. When I did get to several items were missing. The local law enforcement informed that the way they were doing could result in criminal charges.
Was plainly told they only want to work at night, bc they don't like confrontation. Bc they know during the day people can possibly be at home. At night everyone is in the bed, showed up on private property with no trespassing signs clearly visible and told me he wasn't going to show me anything and he didn't have too. And the only information they get are the names, what your payments are and the pay off amount. So they are literally going on people's property at night taking vehicles that payments are being made on bc they don't have get any information that tells them if your payments are behind or not, so you can be current or have made a payment to stop the repression and they are still showing up taking people's vehicles and telling you if the financial company is in the wrong they will make it right and you can come pick your vehicle up the next morning at 10am. And I'm not paying extra for anything bc your information was wrong!!!
We own our vehicles and do not have a loan on any said vehicle. This company entered our property through a fenced area and gate, in which law enforcement was notified. The company then stated they did not have to give any reason as to why they were there.
Thieves. Towed our car and once paid refused to give back the vehicle. Canceled several appointments to recover the vehicle without a reschedule time. Says they had an emergency on the lot and moved the car to another lot but refuses to give an address. Spoke to several people at corporate all of which were rude and offered no help. Not to mention the amount of times we were hung up on. Disgraceful. Get better customer service.
I can't remember the lady's name but she was so understanding of me trying to get up there for my car. She worked me in on a busy Friday to get my car. When I got there everyone was very nice to me. Overall I have nothing to complain about. I made a mistake, but I fixed it and they kept my car safe until I could.
I am contacting you to file a complaint about the service I recently received at your company. Unfortunately, I was treated in a very disrespectful manner by a short man with a beard, which left me very unsatisfied.
During my visit to your company, I was greeted by the employee, who from the beginning was unresponsive and indifferent to my needs. When I tried to ask some questions, I was rudely and unprofessionally interrupted. In addition, when I tried to express my dissatisfaction with the service received, the employee slammed the door in my face, which I consider totally unacceptable.
I believe that slavery has long been abolished, and this disgruntled person should not be working for your company. I hope that the company takes the necessary measures to prevent this situation from happening again in the future.

My interactions with Premier were overall good. I went in to this knowing I'm responsible for my vehicle being towed. Everyone I dealt with was nice and respectful. Got my vehicle back in the same condition it was in when they hooked it the following day. At the end of the day they have a job to do and none of it is personal. Hopefully I'll never need to visit them again in the future 🤞 .
Dude was driving 70...I was driving 60 on Independence blvd just today..7.00...driving behind me real closely and He tried to run me off rd..I'm Jacob...since you wanted to run me coming to you bet that up....You coward
I came to get my car and the driver put the wrong location, granted the service lady was very nice and went out of her way to drive 2 hours away to get me my car which I’m very thankful but my issue isn’t with her, the tow driver put a gas leak in my car and plus the left front tire is flat which I had brand new tires put on less then 4 months ago. My car was not taken care of when picked up and it is not in the same condition it was as it was picked up. I paid everything needed to pay, my purse what also dug through and things slung everywhere this was at the swannoah location but my paper work was through denver. Again my issue is with the swannoah location! The driver also tore up my drive way you can see where the trucked came in and picked my car up.
The 2 Employees Which I Interacted With Were Very Nice, Under My Already Stressful Situation. There Was No Need To Blame Them For My Situation, They Were Only Doing Their Job. Thank You For Your Professionalism & Kindness.
I wish it was possible to give this place zero stars. Picking up a car at 11:43pm and then charging for 2 days of “storing” that’s as grimy and crooked as they come. It’s amazing what people will do to make a buck. PATHETIC!!!!
Absolute trash of a business, bunch of country bumpkins. Unprofessional man flicked us off on our way out. My pocket book was turned over in the front seat and my firearm was taken out and disarmed in their establishment. No worries nevertheless because they have incorporated themselves in a civil suite and premier recovery trash services will be held civilly liable for their part in the unlawful repossession of my property. $$$$$ :)
The receptionist was very professional and respectful I got there maybe 15 mins early and they went ahead and let me recover my stuff, and the driver/associate was very professional and really helped me the best he could and he brought my car up bc I had a lot of stuff and let me girlfriend help they were so respectful and understanding great service even tho my vehicle got repossessed I’m glad it was by them bc they are so professional
Stole and refusing to return person property along with damage to my driveway My fiance and I went to bed around 10 pm on August 27 when we woke on August 28 the truck was missing from my finance property at Winnabow, NC. We contacted the Brunswick County Sheriffs' office which told us that the truck had been repossessed after calling several times because premier did not inform the sheriff's department until after the truck was towed. We then called Ford Motor Company who directed us to Premier. We contacted Premier and was told that we would not be able to recover any of our possessions out of the truck until Tuesday, September 1st. The first lady that my fiance and myself talk to was rude and would not consider trying to recover our property. This is unexpectable considering I can lose my job without my tools for work. Also, my marriage license and other important documents along with my fiance's medication is located in the truck. She has extreme anxiety issues and with the passing of her cousin on 8/27/2020, her anxiety is at an all-time high. This has caused her to have panic attacks and has no way to control them. She is unable to get a refill. Upon further inspection, the driveway of my fiance's property was damaged along with the fact that looks like whoever towed the truck attached to her car and moved it causing scratches and causing the car to drive funny. After speaking with a lawyer my fiance is looking to pursue legal action against Premier for trespassing onto her property, damage of personal property to the driveway, and her car, along with unlawful withhold personal property from her. Premier had no right to touch her car in order to recover the truck and should never have been touched as the car was located directly behind her 1999 Red Jeep Cherokee. we are unable to document the damage to the car until further inspection at a mechanic shop. We tried to arrange a sooner time to recover the stuff out of the truck and was denied. We have an account of the stuff in the truck and will hold Premier fully accountable for any missing stuff out of the truck as they would not allow up to pick up the stuff from the truck the day the day it was repossessed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The company is very unprofessional and the reviews stating that they are thieves are very accurate. The car was definitely rifled through supposedly to take inventory. Well they inventoried a very expensive item right into their own pockets. Hopefully karma gets the best of these dirtbag crooks.
These people are THIEVES! They will steal your personal items and try to get you to sign for it before they bring it to you, so after you notice something is missing they can say you already sign. THEY ARE LYING CROOKS! You have been warned. If you ever have a run-in with these people make sure you check your stuff thoroughly.
This company is totally unprofessional and are crooks. I don’t know how they are in business!! Their behavior is very unprofessional and not pleasant at any measure!!! They’re very belligerent, No customers skill and they stole a couple of my items. I call there many of times and got their voice mail that clearly stated that they stayed open until 5:30. I live 45 mins away and I don’t get off until 4:30. When I finally able to reach someone they tell me I have to be there at 5pm, speaking/ being very short and rude. The lady had a very ill and belittling tone. Not explaining the process to me at all. I mean I apologize that I never went threw anything like this before. I/ my fiancé only ask for a little clarity, but this isn’t it. When we got there, the rudeness/belittling didn’t stop!! The face jesters and tone multiplied!!! They was very unorganized, not letting each other know what’s going on and the LIES!!!! The contradiction over and over. My things supposedly, was all accounted for and out of my car, but so far from the truth. They gave up things/items that was in trash bags, feeling rush we took, supposedly our items and went quarter a mile up the road the check our things and just like we thought, some items was missing. So we immediately call back. Mind you this was less than 5 mins from leaving premises. The lady, acting belligerent and lying to us, Said that they was closed. The time then was 4:45. We tried being patient. She said the car battery was dead so she can crank up the car to get our CDs out of the CD changer nor look to see/ find my fiancé ring, that I was going to surprise her with, was hidden in the car and our daughters Diamond earrings. Plus my new Colombian hat. She told us that she will have guys to charge the car battery and we could come in the morning when they open and hung up. Called that morning and she was very rude AGAIN, saying she gave us everything and she already had appointment for that day, mind you she told us the car would be charged and we could come and get the rest of our stuff that day!! It’s been over a week and my fiancé’s ring is still missing, plus all of I other things!!! It’s simple, be polite and courteous/ professional, ask the customers did they have any items in any compartments in the car let the customer come with you while they/ you both retrieve their things out of the car. Let the customer see you take the things out of the car. Now we are out of 600 dollars!!! This is not a company that I encourage anyone to do business with! They are unprofessional, crooks, liars , rude and thieves!!! This place DO NOT NEED TO BE TRUSTED NOR IN BUSINESS!!!
