My daughter hit a deer and ended up in a ditch early one morning. She was alright but the car wasn’t. Called Battle’s. They were on the scene within an hour. Got the vehicle out, gave me advice on the best place to take it and carried it to the shop. Great service, reasonable price and more importantly he asked if my daughter was ok. Would highly recommend them for any towing needs. Shout out to their professionalism!

The alternator on our '16 Odyssey went out on our way to the Morehead City--on a Friday afternoon--right as everything was closing for the weekend! We had just changed insurance companies and everything was a blur, trying to get our van towed (somewhere?) and back on the road. It was hot/humid and so hard to know what to do next. We reached Courtney (Battle's Towing) and he (as the saying goes) went beyond what we could've asked or imagined to serve us. He thought "outside the box" to help us with our situation! I had a tire blowout after hours on a Monday night, and Battles Towing and Recovery answered my call right away. Even though they didn’t have my specific VW tire, they still came out with a spare to try and help. They were friendly, professional, and showed real empathy, focused on getting me back on the road safely.
Even though the spare didn’t end up working, they never charged me a thing. These guys are truly amazing—a godsend. I can’t recommend them enough!

Long story short: I called another tow service to take my Lexus GS300 to the salvage yard b/c it was not running & I thought it was my engine. Ronnie the tow driver from another company told me about Battle's Towing & Recovery......
He has the right name for this company I was BATTLING to keep or trash my car. He looked at my car & discovered my only issue was a bad spark plug.? This guy is definitely honest & Trustworthy because he could have EASILY said my engine was bad & kept my car since I was taking to the salvage on THAT DAY. Battle's Towing & Recovery definitely RECOVERED my car & he didn't OVER-CHARGE me ( Ladies we know how we can be taken advantage of because lack of knowledge when it comes to car repairs) this is your repairman. I work for a hook truck business hauling dumpsters. While In one of our normal neighborhoods, I found myself stuck. My co worker with a larger truck came to help pull me out and got stuck as well, due to the weight of his truck. My boss called Battles towing and we were all very impressed. He was able to use his smaller tow truck to pull us both out, and get back on the road in a timely manner. I highly recommend Battles towing, they saved the day and plus, also great customer service and very personable. I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
Outstanding service and customer service. I spoke with the guy to set up a time to come out and pay him to tow it because I wasn't near the car. He went ahead and towed it to the shop immediately and then drove to me to collect the payment afterwards. On top of all that he offered me a discount. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. He went above and beyond to make it easier for me. I couldn't recommend this guy enough. Honestly he deserves more than 5 stars.

Had a blowout on the highway tonight and forgot my tire iron (of course) and they came to assist quickly! Friendly service and going out of their way, even outside of normal operating hours. Definitely recommend 10/10!

This is a great towing company, I would highly recommend this towing company to anyone. Communication and towing services was on point. Whenever they help you change out a flat tire they’ll follow behind you to make sure the tire is good to go. If any issues they’ll help you out on the spot no extra charge. On top of that unlike other towing companies this one won’t charge and arm and a leg for Towing services.
I was in a bind and needed my vehicle towed from Greene Co. to Raleigh to be serviced that same afternoon. Not only did he accommodate me, he was very professional and took care of my Jaguar as if it were his own. He even dropped me a pin on locator so that I could track his progress. I definitely recommend his services.
