Since Dina dont work there the customer service is terrible, also they never pick up the damn phone, what’s the point to have business phone number if you never going to answer
We have been coming down for years from NY to purchase beds and other truck parts from Foss u pull it Lagrange and was saddened to find out when I arrived that dina the store manager was no longer working there. We use to go out of our way to come to this location because of the wonderful hospitality that was received upon arrival. Dina always treated us like family and went above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we had! She always had the yard very well organized and knew exactly what she had and where it was located. Dina is deeply missed and we will probably be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
Used to look forward to making my stop here. I always had great communication from the manager. Nevermind making sure we got what we needed. If we needed help she always would find help for us. we had a question about a vehicle and had a answer instantly. Now there is new manager that doesn't know what she has in her yard. Things seem to be going down hill with organizing and lots are getting very tight making it hard to pull parts. The staff still seems to be helpful when asking for help.
It's a pretty good place to get what you need. The only real problem I have is going into the back they don't really have any labels on the door on what rows behind what door. This causing some confusion.
Outside of that it is a good place to get what you need.
Foss Is a pretty good location for me? I don't know about anyone else! I'm always able to get what I need. I'm really cool with the workers there so I don't have any problems with them!
Make sure you call beforehand and speak with a representative from the store. The store closed up 15 mins before the scheduled time for closing. All workers were gone. At least leave one person back until closing. Following the office hours would be nice.
The inventory was good. At the counter, Sandy was polite, Dina was busy and not as polite but, she was busy so, no harm. My only problem was that I was charged for a 30 day warranty on body parts. I obviously did not need a warranty on a fender, fender liner, or body panels. That's an extra $15 for someone that is trying to save a few dollars. If it was for electrical parts and, I okayed it, good option but, just adding it on as a frivolous charge, not cool. I'll be back but, with a watchful eye.
The place is nice and clean I enjoy coming here to see my friends Dina and Sandy's there awesome there always nice to me and my husband.... I have been coming here for a few years now...
I had gotten some front end parts for my car to fix an accident I had with a deer, and the lady at the counter was trying to charge me almost $80 extra in warranties! When I told her I didn't need them she said that's to bad, and that everyone has to pay them. None of the other yards in the area do that... avoid this yard if you can.
The lady that is the manager per the business cards is rude her name is Dina she always seems to have an attitude and does not know how to treat people. They have the office a mess theres dogs and cats there it seems like a petting zoo, theres dog & cat hair flying everywhere I understand it is a U Pull It but come on that office is nasty. They do have decent vehicles and parts but the downside is the treatment specially when they force you to put a warranty on everything sorry but I do not want warranty on certain parts RIDICULOUS.
Decent place to get used parts. They put warranties on things that you don't need a warranty for. Always sign in because sometimes you will get an automated 30% just for signing in. I see a lot of guys come in and don't care to sign in. They could've missed out on their percentage off. Some of the cashiers are nice. Just don't expect to meet great people there. Good luck.
Very good experience.they had what I needed and the yard was laid out so I didn't have to wander around for hours. The nice lady at the counter was polite and she made me feel welcome.
