I haven’t even done business with them but Iv been trying to get in contact with someone about there truck driver running 4 people off the road at 95 miles a hour and no one answer or has called me back

Staff has no respect for anyone... Once we mentioned that this is not safe to drive like not mentioning that the rims were thrown to the trailer they told us we need to pay a lumper fee to get unloaded... Once mentioned about DOT and Police everything changed

People at register were very nice polite and helpful. I got a cv axle for the wrong side and had to go back and i was able to exchage it painlessly the price was reasonable also i recomend them they have a wide and abundent variety of vehicles as well
They don't even know what's in their own yard. Row52 is a total joke, rarely if ever updated. Your only choice is to spend time (an hour for me one way) driving out there then 30 minutes walking their yard with their printed list only to find out half of it isn't right and they find it amusing when you tell them it's wrong. Don't bother calling, they never answer the phone.
Ridiculous prices and they will rip you off at checkout claiming prices that are double that of LKQ and when they have their phony sales of 40% off beware they will triple the price on the item then take off 40%
my fiancee called three times...left messages three times...never received a call back from anyone. then called a 4th time spoke to Lisa this morning who proceeded to transfer her to..you guessed it ! another voicemail! She called back a fifth time...explained just trying to get someone to pick up a car for scrap metal and needed to know how to that?! Lisa proceeds to say "well..you didn't leave a message with me..so...don't know what you want me to tell you.." yeah....great customer service you got going there
Buyers beware they WILL charge you the "OPTIONAL" extended warranty without your consent and knowledge and refuse a refund of it. Ive been to several salvage yards in the area and this one by far has the worst customer service which is a shame since they usually have a decent inventory of vehicles at this location.
This place SUCKS! I mean so badly if I could give it a 0 I would! You don't believe me huh call directly and see for yourself! I would bet my last dollar that nobody especially Dina(The rude white girl at the desk) according to the other comments will answer the phone! Hire new help fast please I'm begging you! Let's sum this up I would rather pay full retail price rather than go there again!
White, middle aged, woman, the cashier, was very rude at time of visit. Junkyard is now broken into fenced off sections. You can't roam the full junk yard. Feel like this is discrimination. How do I know you don't have better cars on the other part of the fences?
Closing early for no reason????? Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Call before you go to make sure they are open as obviously they don't even follow their own scheduled open and closing times... IF you can get them to answer the phone.
These people know whats going on from start to finish and all in between. Top notch business. Fair prices. I enjoy every trip I make and learn something new Everytime...
I would have given "NO STARS" but I had to select at least one to post remarks. Have tried calling the number for locations in La Grange, Havelock, and Jacksonville for past 2 days. No one ever answers the phone. Why list a number to call if you don't plan to have someone answer calls?
