I got in an accident, my car was towed to their facility. When we went to get my belongings multiple items were missing. (Not stored in a place where they just fell out) I hope someone there is enjoying the stuff that they stole from me.
Wasn’t thrilled about the price, but they were the cheapest I was quoted. I guess towing is just expensive 🤷🏽♀️. Extremely prompt service, came immediately at 2 am. Got my Uhaul out of the ditch in under 5 minutes. Would recommend.

My wife broke down near Princeton, NC on her way to Durham for the weekend. A local deputy got her in touch with AB towing and she had a wonderful experience with Luke and Glenn and AB Towing in a bad circumstance. After some analysis of the car, and some initial work, it seemed to be catastrophic failure requiring extensive warrantee-related work at the dealership. They provided good advice and were available to tow her to the dealer. It is nice to have reputable service centers and reliable towing companies to help in times of crisis! I had an accident back in February of this year and they were at the scene in less than 5 minutes. I had some insurance trouble so my car was at their place for quite some time and they would always keep me in the loop of things. They are open 24 hours so I could call them anytime and they are SUPER flexible - especially when I lived about 45 minutes from Princeton I had to go back and forth a few times to get stuff out of my totaled car. I have kept their card just in case for future needs and would go to them first! They're great.

Ab towing call theirself fixing my car they put a transmission in they charged me 2600 the first time it went out and when I got my truck back it was hard to turn they messed my power steering pump up we went back to them they said they didn't do it when i bought it it wasn't like that ok they put the 2nd transmission in we was still having problems they charged me 700 more to put the 2nd one in I had help from a company that my son is with because he's disabled and we have appointments all the time so they wrote a 500 dollar check out to them to help us and I paid 200 we got it back this time the car messed again when we drove it back from the shop it was cutting off they had to tow us home he tells me I need a new battery but the battery I had in my car is not the one they put back in my car I lost my job it's like they kelp doing more things to keep us coming back and spending more money they are good for minor things I wouldn't recommend them to anybody
Lost my power steering on 95 and had to pull over in Kinley, NC at the travel plaza. Saw a tow truck in the parking lot and called the number. Glen and Luke came out and said they could help me at their shop the next morning. They had me in the shop at 8 and out by 10. Back on my way to Daytona. These guys are the best! Honest, hard working, very fair price and just good people. This father and son team are the best! I HIGHLY recommend them for any service or towing.
My truck broke down and Glenn came out within 15 minutes of calling. He was professional, personable and very funny while talking with my young daughter and I. I highly recommend using AB towing if you ever have the unfortunate need of a tow truck. Thank you again Glenn.
My family and 2 small dogs were traveling back to Florida from a week vacation when we were in an accident on I95 south. Took a while for highway patrol to arrive but once the the truck was called, Mark showed up super fast. You can imagine being stuck in another state with a small child and 2 small dogs, all of us feeling helpless and lost and upset about how to get home. Mark was amazing! He kept us calm, gave us a ton of information, and even knew a nice pet friendly hotel to take us to for the rest of the day until the rental car opened the next day. He was a true God send to us and we can't thank him enough!
Called on a Sunday afternoon to haul a 1 ton van from Princeton to Vanceboro. Very courteous, friendly guys. Showed up quick and got my vehicle home at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended!! Jason and his son, Brody, went above and beyond to recover my truck. It was not an easy recovery but Jason did not leave us hanging and went out of his way to help. I can not recommend AB towing more highly. Jason is a great guy!!
Stranded from home by 2 hours and from our destination by 2 hours, these guys were the best. After insurance was not helpful, these guys saved the day and took 4 of us to the car dealership to get our car fixed. Wonderful place to use.
