Let me start by saying the staff were extremely nice, I wish I could say the same about the communication and knowledge of employees. I called to get a price for my four wheeler battery. I was told a cheaper price than at the parts store I usually shop at so I went here after getting there I had different employee help me than who I spoke to on the phone both very nice He looked at the battery I brought in and went and got another one off of the shelf and gave me a different price than was originally told so I asked was he sure that was what I needed because it did not match the price I was given he said yes gave me a discount to match the price I was given and I left went home and the battery did not fit my four wheeler so I then called told them the issue. They said they did not have the battery I needed in stock that I would have to go to another store, which I did on the way there finding out it was farther than I realized. I called back to let them know that I was not impressed that it cost me more money and time than just buying from the part store across the street. They then put me on the phone with the manager, who apparently was the person who sold me the battery originally then let me know that the exact battery I brought in they did have and the one that I was headed to get was much more expensive when I told him his other employee told me they did not have the battery I needed and I would have to go to the other store. He then started questioning them and in tears hung up and told them I would figure it out myself. I am not saying to never shop here but definitely check your parts to save yourself a lot of headache.

At this AutoZone Is the best AutoZone I’ve ever been to. the associates are quick and make sure you have everything you need for your project. Everyone is very friendly and cares about your project one associate, especially Travis. he was very nice and respectful made sure I had everything I need for my project. He really went up above and beyond for me. definitely will be coming back.

Some of the best people I’ve encountered working at autozone. There always helpful and go above and beyond. I got stranded right by the store with a dead battery and Travis A. Came to my rescue. They will forever get my business good people hands down.

Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable on sale ads and products as well as overall advice. David, has been my go to associate for years, from napa auto now here at auto zone, thankfully, always helpful and always quick to answer any needs, goes above and beyond to help.

Had the best service and experience going in for wiper blades on a rainy day! Stan and Pedro were friendly and helpful as I went in feeling silly having no clue what I needed. Stan found what I needed, made recommendations and even installed them with Pedro which was totally unexpected. I fully planned to do them myself after figuring out how to. I am grateful and look forward to going back to this location

Had a punctured tire. These guys were excellent in helping me out. They don't do patches but directed me to a few places quickly! Of course the other place was closed. The guys then helped me with a tree plug kit and plug the leak. They were amazing! Really great customer service! Thanks so much guys! It helps being further South where the people are more helpful than the NE - at least NJ for sure!

I recently have started getting into doing my own mechanical work due to being screwed over more then 9 times by firestone in the past year. I was ecstatic to meet Dennis who went above and beyond helping me learn about the issues my car was having and getting the right parts to fix it. The whole experience has left me inspired to keep tinkering with cars. They truly have a wonderful staff at this location and I 100% would recommend coming here.

I went into Auto Zone today to get a battery. The service there was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted by a young man name Derek. He replaced my battery for me. He was extremely helpful and very polite. It’s a blessing to have good customer service as I received today from this young man. Derek went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the battery and parts I ordered. Again, thank you Derek for your good customer service, friendliness and showing you put customers first.

My check engine light came on today and I made the mistake of going to Oreilly's first. The young man did not ever get off of his phone, he was on speaker with one of his friends, did not try to explain anything to me at all. Went across the street to AutoZone in a panic, these gentleman, John and Joe helped me out with everything, explained why my check engine light was on, and walked me threw everything I needed to fix the problem. They were wonderful. I happily bought the part I needed from them. Go to AutoZone!

I have never had this much help in an auto parts store in my life. Derrick went well above and beyond to help me find bulbs for my vintage VW. I can't thank you enough.

I came to this store in search of a few items for my car. The associate Dennis was very helpful and took his time not rushing me and recommending the right products for my car. I had a great experience. He also put my new wipers on my car. Thank you!!

Hope this post isn't a double. Something happened and the first review disappeared. My battery died today. No warning. Just died. Came to Four Oaks store. Matt checked my battery, alternator, and starter. The battery was the problem. He quickly changed the battery and got me on my way again. Thanks to Matt.

Matt at the Four Oaks store is the most helpful employee ever! He went above and beyond what's required to assist me with my battery, brake light bulbs and rear wiper. It's encouraging to know you have such capable workers to make sure motorists can travel the roads safely.

Excellent service by the staff! I had grabbed the wrong wiper blades and I was assisted in getting the correct blades and having them installed. I also needed the rear wiper blade which was out of stock and they went out of their way to try and find an alternate blade! Kudos to the entire crew!!

Matt from Four Oaks auto zone was the most helpful, kind, and generous employee. Our truck broke down on the way home from vacation and he has been more then willing to help us out with everything we needed to get going again. I’d give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks again Matt!!!

Scott @ Four Oaks, NC is an awesome and amazing guy! He and his employees gave great customer service and he went above and beyond and lead by example when I had car trouble. He made sure me and my son made it back to South Carolina safely. I really appreciate everything he and his employees did for us.

My car had the engine light come on , I went to my local Autozone , I spoke with " Matt " he was very helpful ,he scanned my car and the reading indicated I needed a Mass Air Flow sensor. he was quick to check stock and found one in his inventory. I explained to Matt I was not good with cars and asked if it could be installed ? He said it is not an item that could be installed , I asked if he would look at the engine , he was able to install it . He did it in 5 minutes and saved my vacation .! Matt was outstanding his customer service was fantastic !

The manager helped me out when I needed a specific trailer hitch configuration that they did not have in stock. He put two together to make it work. Great service and thanks again!! I’ll be an Auto Zone customer from now on. Thanks from another Four Oaks Business owner!! Have a great day.

Thank you Joshua for making our experience great today! He was welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. Showed us exactly where to find the items we were looking for. We actually walked out of the O'Reilly's right across the street because the customer service sucked! We will be shopping at AutoZone from now on! Keep up the good work ~ it's appreciated!

I would like to commend Miranda on her excellent customer service skills. We're often so eager to share our bad experiences but rarely do we commend those that are doing their jobs and providing awesome service to their customers. My serpentine belt went on i95 and I was able to coast to this store. The manager Phillip, was very helpful and he even brought us waters while we fixed it. If I'm ever around this area again I will definitely stop at this store again.
