Have been going here for over 20 years. Always have the right battery and can suggest a better alternative if needed. Also carry lawn mower and marine batteries which people may not know. My last visit the young man had an outstanding customer service attitude and treated me like family! Will always be my go to for any battery need i have!
Interstate has the best value battery on the market. Saved me over 150 dollars from Autozone. West and Robert are a great team.
For new comers " Be prepared to pull your old battery out and install your new one yourself. I needed some tools, they kindly loaned me what I needed on the spot. Thank you fellas.
This is a fantastic resource for the community. They have probably saved me over $1000 in 10 years of buying batteries for my fleet. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is smart enough to change their own battery.

Very poor service as others have mentioned. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Don’t stand by warranties. Get the run around , store policy is to give out used, beat up batteries as replacements or “loners.”?
Very poor service! Stood there waiting 10 minutes for help, or may I help you. Two men in side office looked, and they were scared they might have to work. Fellow in the back was too busy planning the weekend. So if you need a battery, and not in a hurry go to Interstate battery of Angier.
Bought a brand new battery, a week later it dies, I take it back and because they didn't have a replacement, they told me that they were going to try and charge it over the weekend and call me on Monday with the results. Monday comes, no call. I call them on Tuesday and they tell me the battery wouldn't hold a charge but they had another one that would work. Went to pick it up and they tried to charge me again because I misplaced the receipt. They keep no record of sales and at no point was I told to keep my receipt for warranty purposes....even though the brand new bad battery I was holding that said Interstate on it should have been proof of purchase! So me thinking that the brand new battery that they sold me was good and me misplacing the receipt, cost me the cost of the battery, 3 trips to the store, my time, diesel fuel going back and forth and the cost of another battery at another store....will not make that mistake again!
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the warranty and how the pro rating works. Replaced OEM GM battery on Buick, and replacement had a handle on it where the OEM didn’t, making installation much easier than the removal. Price was comparable to lesser quality batteries from box store. This is my third time buying from them, and it’s been smooth every time.
