This review is for the dispatch of ERS Towing. I was selling my car through Peddle & they were to pick it up. I spent 3.5 hrs waiting for the tow to arrive. When I called in to check on their eta, she said they hadn't received pics of my title. I'd sent the photos 10 times at that point. I was given a # to text them. I did. Called ERS back & tried to confirm the p/u again. I was @ shop w/a bunch of mechanic & strangers with her on speaker -outside & she says I'm yelling @ her. Everyone starts laughing to themselves. I'm talking like someone who's outside & SHE'S yelling (an entire shop full of people heard the entire, entirely unprofessional thing). I was just trying to get something accomplished after sitting in my car WITH MY SERVICE DOG for 3.5 hrs. She then YELLED, "WE'RE CANCELING" & hung up. If you want professionalism, stay far, far away.
Huge thank you to Riley for helping me get out of the snow when I was completely stuck. He showed up quickly, was super kind and professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I had such a great experience with this company when I needed a tire change. From the moment I called, everything felt easy and stress-free. They showed up in less than an hour, which was such a relief because I was already feeling overwhelmed. The technician went above and beyond, he was quick, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. I don’t know much about cars, and he never made me feel embarrassed about that. Instead, he took the time to walk me through what happened, what he was doing, and why it mattered, all in a way I could actually understand. He made the whole situation feel manageable, and his patience and kindness truly stood out. Overall, the service was fast, professional, and surprisingly comforting. I’m really grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
DJ came out and helped my pregnant wife that was locked out of her car. She also had our baby girl with her. I could not help as I was out of town. He came to the rescue and was super nice to my wife and my daughter. Great guy. Thank you so much! 10/10

DJ did a very good job of keeping us updated on his ETA. He contacted us with information on having a job ahead of us. He called to let us know when he was on his way and what time he expected to arrive. When he arrived he was very professional in the job of unlocking the car. He was very personable and friendly.

I walked outside after work to a flat tire. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. I was blessed to encounter DJ! He actually called me while I was still on the call with roadside. He had outstanding phone etiquette. His punctuality was on point. He was very knowledgeable, proficient and showed great compassion and concern. I’ve not met anyone in his profession that was so philanthropic and amiable. I’d say DJ provided top tier service. Thank you!!
DJ of ERS towing is simply a great representation of this company. He got to me in nine minutes and changed the flat I had in less than two.
However, that was his best quality. With this being my fourth flat tire in less than a month and half you could imagine my frustration at this point!
DJ’s sense of humor and kindness went a long way in making what seemed so bad not so bad anymore. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. They couldn’t have a better employee representing them.
It’s sad when roadside needed roadside, but this man right here was awesome. I was not havinv a good night to say the least. My keys were locked in my car, along with my lockout kit in the trunk. DJ showed up and got me in very fast, a while lot faster than i am for sure, and had my attitude brighter and better with his great customer service and the personal aspect, I felt like family of his. I caught a flat tire about 20 mins from home. I was fortunate to have DJ from ERS take the call. He was punctual and professional and kept me updated on his arrival. He's very personable and makes you feel like family. I was back on the road in less than 15 mins. Great job DJ!

Thanks ERS Towing! This company is FANTASTIC! We had car trouble on a Friday afternoon during rush hour traffic. I called AAA to schedule a tow truck, and in less than a minute, ERS Towing called me to confirm. (There is usually a 30min wait for some companies to call.) I did not write down the lady's name whom I spoke with, but she was very helpful, detailed and friendly!
Bryan, our tow truck driver, was AMAZING! Somehow in the heavy traffic, he arrived in 30 minutes. I am used to waiting 90 minutes or even 2 hours for a tow truck, especially during rush hour. Bryan was courteous, and punctual. He went through all the required procedures and towed our car to the service center, where Bryan professionally walked inside and asked for the desired place to leave our car. (Not just leaving it anywhere.)
No one wants to have car trouble, but it inevitably happens. If it happens to you, I highly recommend calling ERS towing!
DJ with ERS Towing & Recovery was very prompt after receiving my request this morning. He called to let me know that he has received the call and also to let me know where I was in his lineup. He called when he was on the way to my location. He was professional and helpful while taking off my flat tire and replacing with the spare tire. He informed me of safety information that I would need as I head to my next location. He was very personable and helpful. Would recommend his service again!
The service that KR gave me was top notch he was very helpful and friendly .There was a situation on the insurance company side, my vehicle was not able to be dropped off at the location that the insurance company gave me ,so he took my RV back to the towing company location to make sure my vehicle was safe and secure while waiting on the insurance company to get their act together. This is definitely a company. I will be calling in the future if I ever need a towing thanks again KR.
ERS TOWING IS THE BEST, Most of all JAMES was fast and efficient. I called 2 other towing company’s. They weren’t able to complete the job due to it being a tight fit and the emergency brake being locked on made it almost impossible. But James manage to get the car out and dropped of to a safe location in VERY GOOD TIMING. Thank you Again
DJ was so much faster than the estimate and super friendly. He had me taken care of in minutes. Awesome guy! I would highly recommend and definitely will be using them again.
