We agreed on a price of $32,000 for a 2000 Mack and Amen get the clutch fixed and the governor replaced. When he supposedly got the truck fixed he called me. I called him a hour later and he said he sold the truck for a higher price. This is after I spent time to come to Greensboro on EASTER SUNDAY to inspect the truck. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AMEN HISBWORD MEANS NOTHING.
Was looking to buy a truck here but I noticed how dirty they were on the inside. So that got me wondering if they didn't take the time to at least clean out the inside of the truck do they really repaire things wrong with the these trucks. I decided to buy somewhere else!
We just Purchased a 2002 Mack RD688s. Our sales person was very patient and helpful. We flew down from New York and anything we pointed out was fixed prior to leaving the lit. So far so good. Purchasing a used Tri-Axle Dump Truck is always a gamble.

Pleased with my purchase of KW dump truck from 3Fold. Owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and even came in on Sunday to let me look at and drive the truck. He let me take my time and look the truck over closely. He did not come out and hover or pressure me. After purchase, I had a question about the title when I went to the DMV to get WV title, and when I called him he responded to my request very promptly and faxed the document I needed within minutes. Would purchase from him again.
Picked a truck out it was in shop when i looked at it, made a list of things to fix, owner agreed to fix it and we agreed on price 2 weeks later still in shop because the shop luckily found that it had a broken bell housing on transmission only 3 bolt holding it on should have been 12, went back to purchase and none of the items i requested to fix other than ac which he was fixing anyways. Then tried to change the agreed on price by 3k more not to mention tires I was gonna have to replace as well as the list I had made from the start. now the 99 mack rd that was $34,000 that he agreed he would take $33,000 is $40,000 and still has no working fuel hand, no working tarp, oil leak on front of engine, rear differential leaking bad and still needs tires. tried for 2 weeks to buy and still never even got to test drive it. What a joke don't fall for the scams
Bought a 1997 Western Star Dump Truck and supposedly everything was fine with truck. Truck turned out to be Rebuilt Tittle, engine was leaking oil, hydraulic pump was leaking badly, cylinder leaking, two differentials leaking oil as well. Brakes not good, clutch was almost gone, muffler was not completed, tires were all bold, frame rusty and cracking, body was rusty and falling apart too, no reverse light, cables hanging from everywhere. After trusting them about the truck being good and driving to Florida state I noticed vibrations on the drivetrain and got out to check. Oil leaking from everywhere. Tried returning the truck and backing out of the deal but the people at the dealer never answered. The worst experience and business ever! Do not ever buy anything from this people, they are not to be trusted.
